Bookmaker's falsely advertising 20% Bonus offer

So I was on bookmaker today and I thought well I need to make a deposit soon. So I see this Wednesday 20% Bonus offer in form of a freeplay. Minimum $100 deposit via any method. So I deposit $100 and I get no bonus. So I click the live chat help.

This dude helping me tries to tell me that the minimum deposit is $300 for the 20% Bonus.... thats when I flip out and call them out for false advertising. On top of that I already wasn't happy with them. So I threaten to take my business elsewhere. That's when he started to back pedal and say well just this once we'll give you your bonus play but we'll have to process your request.

All I can say is that is some shady bullshit! Beware of the Bookmaker. I will never deposit money on there again.

I've also had problems with-drawing funds from their site. Making me jump through hoops and giving me the song n dance. It's un-******* believable how shady this site is.

Wow I could have sworn that promo used to be for $300 or more. But you're right it is $100 now. It may just have been that customer service rep who was confused. Glad to see you got your freeplay though.

Bookmaker is a very good sportsbook and one of the few i feel safe holding a big balance with. Why should a sportsbook give a 20% bonus on a $50 deposit ??? maybe next time read the small print ...They won't pay for fees if you deposit less than 300 also

Bookmaker is a very good sportsbook and one of the few i feel safe holding a big balance with. Why should a sportsbook give a 20% bonus on a $50 deposit ??? maybe next time read the small print ...They won't pay for fees if you deposit less than 300 also

$50 deposit??? Fine print??? Did you even read what I posted or look at what their advertising?

They advertised on their website today that you get 20% bonus on $100 minimum deposits... Did you not click the link and see the flyer they posted on their site?

If they're offering a bonus and my deposit meets the minimum requirements then why do I not have the right to be angry with the website if they don't give me the bonus promised by their site. Oh I get it your real special because you make bigger deposits on their site.

I'm mad about being lied to about the bonus I was supposed to get no matter how small the amount of money is.

Thx for the info. I've been depositing more than 3000 in a month and haven't received any free play. It's a time to claim my free plays.

Thanks for your concern Bill. It was probably just a CS mistake. We'll see what happens. CS they said they would pay me my bonus but they have to process the request. So Im just waiting to see how it all works out. I'll keep you guys posted.

I remember trying to use the SBR promo code on Bookmaker with them back in like January when I signed up and got nothing. I didn't really make a big deal of it at the time and forgot about it. I really believe their the type of business that will offer something but won't follow through unless you make it known that you want your bonus.

Bonuses come with rollover requirements many people do not want to be stuck with a rollover. If you want a bonus it is up to you to inform them that you want a bonus.

Yeah I finally figured out the whole Rollover Requirements. They didn't really explain it in the offer until I asked for the bonus. I have no problem with the Rollover Requirements. I wish I had known that you had to ask for the bonuses a long time ago. Well you live and your learn.

Bookmaker is notorious for doing this. They have done it to me twice. I refuse to play with them anymore.

Finally got my bonus free play. I had to go back on Live Chat and basically go off for 15-20 minutes before the guy instantly deposited my bonus. They informed me that you have to claim your bonus within 24 hours. I told them I claimed it within minutes of it not showing up in my account. They tried the you have to deposit $300 to get a bonus. I had to explain to them what they had been offering. Anyways I got my bonus free play. That will be the last time I deposit on their website.

they did that to me too saying that it is now 300 but listed as 100 on the site......been having lots of problems with them lately so i ceased playing there.....1 time it took over 2 hrs to get a person to person transfer into my account ...they said the processor wasnt doing names that started with A lol then why give me a name with A? or tell me that before i send the money in..? their customer service is horrible.

Lots of changes there recently regarding bonuses. You can now get the bonus with ewallet deposit. 6 months ago you couldn't. Also, I was trying for the 10% reload and they passed me along to the VIP department. (I hope that is not another name for the loser dept) and they gave 15% instead of 10. FYI
