what happened to Bookmaker.com?

I tried to open its homepage but apparently the website is seized by some US authority

"The domain has been seized by ICE (immigration and customs enforcement)......"
"It is illegal to conduct a gambling business in violation of 18 usc......"

What has the site violated? And those who bet on Bookmaker.com are you able to withdraw your money from the site during the suspension?

I always thought that bookmaker was a safe and secure site to bet on and I was considering opening an account on it, now I just don't know.

It is safe new name thats all bmaker.com they only got the name thats all as safe as before.
