Payouts here went from decent to complete joke in the past week or so. If you have less than $500 in your account you can NOT withdraw. If you want to withdraw to Moneybookers it is a minimum $30 fee and is $60 to withdraw $2500 - the most you may withdraw per transaction via any method. If you want to transfer to another book, how does this sound, $100 fee for a $1000 transfer when the vast majority (over 90%) of A rated books charge nothing.

Since you saved the day for Deuce Alex, how about you save the day for everyone else you want to retain as customers and fix the enormous error in judgement your team has demonstrated. How can you justify changing policies overnight and then not even publish these on the website like you are hiding them? What rating does a newby get an N? This is what you guys deserve N-

I asked them to match the offer Legendz gives me of 25% CASH re-load. They said they would only do 25% Free Play. Not too worried about bonuses, but it just struck me as going against their word. You can withdraw balances below $500 via We. Un. or Mo. Gr., however expect to forfeit 25%-35% to fees.

I had to use both methods before they would let me do a b2b transfer. A $100 We. Un. Withdraw cost $35 and a $100 Mo. Gr. withdraw cost $26.
