I posted up at the book and was referred by an SBR member.

They claim to match the FP bonus of any SBR book with a B+ rating or better.

JustBet offers 100%. I have a screen shot of the offer at JustBet. They won't honor that. Stating they will only match it in their casino not the sportsbook.

What gets worse is that in the referral email I received from BetOnline, it states I could post up at their book and receive a 45% FP.

I call up the book and they jerk me around telling me offer is expired even though I had JUST received it. Bizarre shit. Trap to get in the door and then they shut you down. I don't get it. Bad business model if you ask me. They will only get me 25%.

BetOnline broke?

Ok, so as you know, they are jerking me off in regards to my freeplay bonus per my deposit. I received an email from BetOnline in regards to an SBR member referring me to their book stating that I would receive up to a 45% bonus. Now I messed up depositing first without speaking to them about my bonus. I wanted to use JustBet's policy of 100% bonus but they nixed that stating that they would only honor that for the casino. Pass. Then, I mentioned their email that was sent directly from them to me, and they told me that offer was expired. It is not my problem their CS rep sent me that email stating that. The supervisor told that it won't happen because they don't offer that anymore.

This book has jerked me off for two straight days now. When the SBR poster tried to claim his referral bonus, they told him that I had to bet the complete deposit. Understood. I bet the entire deposit already. The SBR poster talked to them today after my wager amount and they are now telling him that I need to LOSE the entire amount for them to give him his free play referral bonus. Bizarre shit. Doesn't make any sense and is a terrible business model.

If your CS reps send out an offer, it is not my problem that you aren't offering that anymore and are saying it is expired. If I go to a store that states the price is x amount, I am entitled of getting it at the amount.This is a terrible move by a B+ sponsor and honestly is a joke to me. Tomorrow I am calling management, taking this to the top.

It is mind numbing how bad they are compared to other sharp books. Frustrating to say the least.

I never trusted this book, played there a little a few years back, but moved on. I don't see why SBR won't help an SBR Pro here, I mean they let BetOnline advertise here, come on SBR go to bat for our boy Duece.

this is not accurate.... the guy I go through Dallas gives me 100% and has hooked up several sbr members that have asked for him and signed up with the 100% deal ... one of them signed up monday, so this is a live deal.


Ask for Dallas and u wont be disappointed.

imo the original poster should jsut try justbet and forget betonlines bs.

they have been doing the 25% gig lately.. i know why.. its cuz they changed all their lines to allow bonuses now.. so 25% is bout as high as they go since they have dimeline mlb up to -190

Definitely talk to Alex Deuce. He cares about the players and will try to do what he can to help you out. I just mentioned bonus in another thread and he pm'd me about potentially hooking me up with a better bonus. Before you totally give up and trash the book... just talk to Alex.

For what it's worth I had a few bad experiences regarding frontline customer service at Betonline. Mainly inputting the wrong name as the senders name for ****. Thus tying up money for a few days... also a few miscommunications regarding bonuses.. I would be e-mailed one offer but then when I try to make the deposit I then have to deposit 900.00 to get that bonus otherwise it's significantly smaller. In all cases Alex has fixed my issues.

Never post up at a book because SBR or any other site such as SBR gives them good reviews. SBR was promoting BetPhoenix less than 2 months ago even when people were routinely reporting of problems. There will come a day when that 5Dimes banner comes down also and SBR will distance themselves from that like it never happened also.

It took me many years to learn this but you are exactly right.Had the same expierience with DSI as Duece is having here.Talked about bonus on live chat and after sending cash the story changed,no copy of chat,no leg to stand on.

Same thing happened to me ... each time I presented a bonus offer from another book so Betoline would match it they had an excuse ... I sent now an email to Alexc@betonline.com - let's see what will happen

i don't understand why a couple of guys here are bashing their CS. they always have been helpful. regarding the bonus, a year ago i found 100% bonus offer from phoenix so when i told betonline about it they agreed to give it to me. i think at first they were offering me 50%. they only allowed the bonus up to a max deposit of 300 bucks though. and also had a 10 x rollover which to me was a little high. i expected 5-6x. good luck and yes speak with alex.

You can submit a sportsbook complaint to have SBR look into this for you.

I'm not familiar with player to player referral bonuses... had you signed up through the SBR Store instead of another poster, SBR would have immediately ensured you received all listed bonuses.

yea man . they are a very decent book . i always get emails from them with decent offers. one time i had a problem on their website, tech difficulties and someone spent 40 minutes with me helping me out. very good customer service. one of the best in my opinion.
