Will A+ Books be Affected at all by these new online gaming legislations?

Not sure if this has been mentioned but the poker sites (Stars, FTP, AP/UB) essentially bought a bank in Utah to illegally process ETFs (insatnt eChecks). That appears to be the main reason they went down and other gambling related sites did not. The laws in the US haven't changed they just got sick of bank fraud on a massive scale in their own backyard.
