$850 is the limit the processors set for payouts...almost every company has different deposit and payout limits because they are set by the processors not the book...some companies offer different deposit and payout options and that is because they use processors other might not have...

with everything going on the last 6 years, books have to use processors to get the money in and out, so there are third party companies who handle those things and ofer different options...

as for the contest being fixed , i am not sure what you mean? the guys were here, they played, got paid, where taken to a delicious brazilian steak house buffet and a lot of them extended their trip...
