Another piece of evidence is: EZ is running a contest. They are offering 25k to charity for something they told me was impossible to do.(e.g. play at 17.8 hands a minute). Cory just prepare your next posts for when people come back from Costa Rica and they were paid cash in hand and if a charitable donation takes place because then your accusation of them "not having money" is dead. It then just goes to the fact they just chose not to pay you due to your past or not. Your existing posts have sealed your fate and when you accept the fact you will never be paid then I think you will be better off. It is great to see you continue to post and I would like to see you contribute in some other way to this forum considering SBR was nice enough to allow you to post this frequently and aggressively to begin with.

Cory the little i know about the off shore industry (and it is very little) is that it is a pretty small group of people who for the most part all know each other. Just like in any other industry. All the CEO's of paper mills know each other, the CEO of Ford knows the CEO of GM.

Anyhow, I have no idea what was said, I am just telling you, that I heard a rumor that when all this shit went down, books starting talking with each other, the Northbet royals that were hit were brought up, some issues with multiple charge backs and numerous books, #'s changing on deposit tickets, etc etc.

I can only assume (and it is an assumption) that you body of work playing with off shore books all went into the mind set as they looked at your 3 royals at EZ. But shit, I don't KNOW, I am just thinking out loud here.

Contest stated airfare which runs about 700. 100 dollars a day x 3 days spending $, and hotel cost, and the place they are staying is 200 a night with taxes and stuff.

works out to about 1600 per person X 6. There will also be the cost of setting up the contest, misc drinks food and transportation blah blah blah. $2000 per person x 6 is conservative.

Cory, I don't think this was ever about the money with easy and you. Some other issues that I sure don't know about are in play here.

long before the contest was set up (over a mth ago) I urged Cory to send the following e-mail. It is burried somewhere in this thread. I wish Cory would have done this. I am pretty sure if he had, that things would have gone better for everyone.

I think if asked, Cory will tell you I am one of the few people that has tried to get he and EZ to work this out in private rather than in a public forum, which seldom is the easy way. Seems like the majority of people have only wanted to throw fuel on the fire.

Im not sure how big or small the offshore industry is and Im also not sure how much people at different books know each other.

One think i do know...I highly doubt whether other books told EZ not to pay Cory because I have talked to 3 different GM's/Managers at other A rated books and asked them about EZ's management (Powers) and I have not gotten a positive response yet. He is VERY WELL known in this industry (and it isnt for being an upstanding honest guy). They all known of this case very well and none are surprised that a player is being stiffed out of 46k from this management.
