I try to follow the posts in the EZ thread closely. HedgeHog is free to present logical questions attacking Cory's credibility. If it goes to an unsupported insult, I'll take action. Cory is free to post (frequently) about his experiences with EZ. As long as either person's posts are rationally based, I would rather err on the side of letting too much stay up.

I felt that I had to do something a few days ago, because posts from both sides were disrupting the forum.

See what EASYSTREET doesnt realize is the best thing for them is these posts to go away.(especially during football season.) Everytime someone sees that Justin7Video thread they will see the video or read the posts and turn away. Then they will see Easystreets grade, D(for now). Ez is losing money and potential deposits each and everyday. Sure I am risking 46k, but they will end up losing alot more when this is all said and done. By me telling Easy to give me my deposits and we are done is ludicrous.

Cory with all due respect. If you still have any hope of collecting 46k you are delusional. That train left the station a long time ago. At this point not many people need to guess what will happen. You will post every single day and eventually the traffic in this thread will drop off and it will become your own personal fight. When no further complaints come against Easystreet or no news they are going out of business pops up then it is just you taking time out of your day. At first obviously this thread has been effective but over the long term a lot of people who have a higher risk tolerance may take a chance at this book come football season due to good lines and great bonuses.

Unfortunately your posts and overall attitude did nothing but burn your chance at 46k. Basically you chose to post negative items instead of working towards a resolution which like StraightShooter said.. a few K is better than nothing. I also think that with every post you make regarding this it could damage your ability to gamble at any other sportsbook. Whether you post up cash or not.. no book wants to take a chance at someone who jumps to boards immediately and whose only posts at a board have been posts claiming being scammed or cheated from sportsbooks in the past.

By all means continue to post and give yourself that pat on the back, I just know after all the reading I have done people that have been members here for years and have reported payouts carry a little more weight than someone who has been a "victim" with numerous sportsbooks.

Also.. any poll or any voting.. what does that do? It is just a moral win. I personally would rather have money than poster empathy/sympathy

Xstud, knowing the tenuousness of the offshore industry and how horrible EasyStreet has handled this case, don't you worry about shilling for them so unrelentingly? This is a book with questionable ownership, few employees, no reputation to speak of for financial solvency and an obvious willingness to use flimsy excuses not to pay people.

What if they go out of business next year, and take with them the post-up dollars of people who deposited because of your hundreds (yes, it's now multiple hundreds) of posts telling people how wonderful they are? Certainly none of us know the future and books following this forum-facing business model go under all the time (LazerWager et. al.). Don't you think it's time to step back, take your lips off the freeplay titty and just let people form their own opinions about who they want taking their action?

We used to be friends, but I find it nearly impossible to respect you after seeing your conduct during this affair. You've been willing to ignore all logical arguments for why EasyStreet should pay all their winners, not just the ones with squeaky clean pasts, all for a book that really hasn't proven anything to anyone about anything.

I can remember when your health was very poor and you'd use that for sympathy when negotiating for bigger bonuses on your sportsbook deposits (JustBet comes to mind, among others). I can't help but feel that the same mercenary attitude to bonus whoring is in play here with your relationship to EasyStreet, because no matter how well a book treats me, there's no way I'm making hundreds and hundreds of posts trying to pull their name out of the mud, because books who deserve that kind of loyalty never put themselves in a situation to look as bad as EasyStreet has here.

In the offshore gambling industry, we're all in business for ourselves, and I think bettors should let books handle their own P.R. so as not to unwittingly lead their fellows to the slaughter. Just my two cents, I hope you won't take this too personally.

midnight...theres a reason why the guy was playing at a mid rated book in the first place...he has fukked over the better rated options...yes, it will cost ess money, but who knows how much...the rating drop is what causes the lack of sign ups, not some scamming thief who didnt get paid by them... and the tests that they did said his rate of play was that that only very few could do and looked more like bot speed...i dunno, like i said, im not backing this book or any book that would be in this predicament...but im sure as shit not backing a guy who has stolen from book after book after book...
