I explained to the representative that as a customer there is little to no motivation to use their book anymore because if you win you're looking at huge withdrawal periods. He said that they were working on it blah blah blah. I then told him that they were going to lose a lot of business because many sites do not experience these problems, and even if they do, they solve them within a reasonable time frame. He was pretty quiet after that.

I would just like to post here to tell you about my experience and maybe it gives some hope to others that are waiting.
I have used Sportsbook.com since 2001.
I never used it much, I am a small timer, like $20 here or there and sometimes I would go a year or two without touching it. When I did cash out, it would take about 2 months, but I did get paid.
Never realized the bad reviews it had.
This past summer, I won $160 through their poker room and request a check. I actually ended up forgetting all about it so when I checked in the site in mid august (about 2 months later), I noticed that they canceled my withdraw and my funds were available again. Annoyed, I decided to play again and I ended up getting my account to around $1200 by winning a poker tourny.
I requested a check payout and started searching around and came to this site and got depressed cause I figured it was a 50/50 shot I would see the money. I waited a few weeks until I saw some posts in here saying that the checks they got from them bounced and not wanting to have to go through that ordeal I contacted Sportsbook and requested a *** account. They granted it and sent me payment last week. It only took about 10 days once I sent them my account # to pay me. I currently have the money ordered from *** to my bank account. It should be OK as the money is out of Sportsbook's hands now.
I'm happy and satisfied that it worked and will give a positive for Sportsbook.com on this. I don't think I will ever go there again, but it is possible to get paid.
I would highly recommend the *** approach if you can, as I would suspect my check would be still be "IN PROCESSING" and when it was sent, it might have bounced.

I just received the *** payout I requested on 9/22. I sent a request for it to hit my bank account. I still think I should stay away from sportsbook all together to avoid any future headaches. To all I posted tonight for the first time after waiting for 6 weeks basically not bothering them all too much at Sportsbook.com and after I posted my complaint here at about 12 am cdt I seriously checked my account to get the peripherals and lord and behold as I was f'n around here (lol) this appeared in my account at sportsbook:

Just wanted to update my situation. Had multiple checks pending since July/August as I was not allowed to withdrawal by wire. I received one check a couple of weeks ago from NY bank that I cashed and cleared with remaining checks still pending. Was invited to Quicktender on Oct. 1 and finally paid in full (five figure) today. Had some help from a mod at the RX.Comment -

Request for $400 in funds by check - 8/18
Received notice that payout was processed - 9/19
Received notice that check was sent w/ tracking # - 10/6
Received US based check from Canadian Express post - 10/9
Funds cleared - 10/13
I dunno if this is standard, maybe I hit it on a particularly good cycle but just so ya'll know getting paid by them is possible. PM me if you have and ?'s as I am done w/ this thread leaving SB.com in the past.Comment -

It took me four months but I finally got my money. Quick tender put the $2400 they owed me in my bank this morning.
Quick tender made me send them a copy of my DL, my credit card, and a copy of my bank statement just like Sportsbook.com did.

I don't know. I asked them when I opened the account a month ago whether they needed any more documents. Others had said they asked for them. At that time, quicktender said no.
Sportsbook had asked for the same thing two months ago, also.
So when quicktender asked for it a couple of days ago, I thought it was a stalling tactic. Or that they weren't going to pay me at all.

well evryone i have waited six months for a check from hollywoodsportsbook.com a member of the jazzette family of books and it finally came today, going to cash it at one of those cash chequing stores and if it bounces ill give the money back if not ill pay off my debt and be happy bettting with pinnacle wayyyyyyy better site, sportsbook.com are losers and cant be trusted, wager with pinnacle, gool luck to all that are waitng.Comment -
well guys after requesting $900 payout on 8/3, recieved check 5 weeks later, it bounced... just got replacement check today (xxxxxx bank - go figure, the one that is going bankrupt). have deposited and hope like hell it clears. I talked to a supe named Nelson (xtn 2125) and he was great. The 3-5 week payout leadtime (standard robot line from CS agents there) has now gone to 4-8 weeks. Mine stated it was sent courier, actually is was post office priorty mail. Took a week after posting to website.
All this being said, can anyone tell me a good site for football betting that i can get payout in couple of weeks or less?Comment -

Does anyone else have the debit card?
Does anyone know a website where I can login and check to see the debit card balance?
I'm getting tired of going to an atm every day just to see my debit card balance is still zero even though Linesmaker processed my 9/19 debit card withdrawal on 10/9 and said the money would be available on the debit card by 10/14.
Also, if anyone knows if the debit card has a monthly fee or an atm use fee, please reply. I cannot find any toll free number to contact the debit card company and they do not reply to my e-mails.Comment -
6 months later, finally paid!
A withdrawal that I requested after the college basketball national championship game in early April has finally come through!
Now, the six month time frame saw a lot of changes on my part to try and get the f'n money, so maybe I made matters worse by changing so much, Who knows. But, I will say this, once I got on the Use My Wallet, it took about a month, but at least something finally happened. It looks as if Use My Wallet is the way to go. For those of you still stuck in limbo with your sportsbook.com withdrawals, all I can say is hang in there, and try like hell to get on Use My Wallet. Not necessarily a fast method (none are fast!) but, it will work for you in about a month. I had honsetly given up all hope. After all, it took half a year to get paid! 
But, it came. And now, I will try and find another book, however, from what I hear, all books are going through this same ordeal right now, be it the f'n goverment or this weak @ss economy, hell who f'n knows. Anyway, a day has come that I thought never would, so just hang in there!
