    Sportsbook.com Payment Delays
I initiated a withdrawl request for 1,750usd on april 1st, 08. Apparently Sportsbook.com is playing some sort of April Fools joke on me, because it is now 6 weeks later and I have yet to receive that check. Website says payment in 10-15 business days and tracking number within 3-5 days. I'm now approaching 30 business days. I touch base daily and have been told there are "delays with the processor". When pressed for additional information on backlog or expected turnaround, they can't provide anything. I'm concerned. I have 3 questions: 1) is anyone else currently experiencing payment delays with SB.com (recent), 2) has anyone NOT been paid by SB.com, and 3) what are my options for resolution if the check doesn't come. I understand that I shouldn't have used SB.com in the first place given the SBR ratings, but unfortunately I didn't check ratings before depositing. Shame on me. With that said, what can I do now? BTW, I deposited using a credit card. Any information or assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

Unfortunately the entire Jazzette family of books are currently experience some very server processing issues these days. I don't know how much good it will do, although you can always fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

I emailed a mod here to discuss the issue. I am having the same problem. They asked me to wait 30 days due to processor issues. So they can process a deposit but not a withdrawal

I'm also waiting for several withdraws, one was processed on 5-04,so the wait continues.I called and talked to a guy named Mike. He said they have two processers, one is low volume and can only push thru a few a day. The other is much faster, but is use mainly for there platinum custumers.I have been playing there for seven years and always got paid within two or three weeks or less.

Is a plat customer someone who loses alot of money? For about 5 months I would play 20-30 units there daily @ 100 dollars a unit. In the same boat as you.

ya I figure when you become a plat customer you have lost a lot of money or they just like your big action.Me its probably both. The good thing is a level of service,I mean they don't fuk with you as much, and when you want something like tickets to a game or whatever they come thru.

Thanks for all the replies gang. It's a "little" comforting to know that this isn't atypical and that others and experiencing similar delays. These guys suck. I have spoken to them daily. More to screw with them than thinking it will effect change. Today is May 10th. 40 days since I requested my $1750. Since their website says 3-5 biz days for tracking # and 10-15 biz days for receipt, sitting at 29 biz days is wholely unacceptable. Oddly enough, still no tracking number, but the "carrier" changed from UPS to DHL. It had been UPS up until yesterday. Shady. Real shady.

ok. just spoke with them again. supposedly the processor had an issue with UPS and are now using DHL. i absolutely hate these f'ing guys. in my mind, this is just a ploy to take interest revenue from us as an additional SB.com revenue stream. rather than optimizing the cash turnaround in an acceptable timeframe, they sit on our cash for as long as possible for interest revenue. i mean hell .. 20m sitting in a bank at 4% is 800k. hate these guys. if i don't get this by monday i may call my cc

No. Not a new customer, but not always active. Set the account up back in late 2006. I've bet with them periodically over the last few years, but was REALLY active with SB.com since the 08 NCAA Tourney. Was a VIPSports.com customer for a few years, but it became too difficult to reload the accounts. Sportsbook.com seemed to still work for real-time deposits while no-one else did for me, so I started back up with them without realizing their "grade" was so poor. 3 days prior to my 1750 withdrawl, I had a 2500 withdrawl that turned around in 10 days from request to receipt. Not bad considering the the 40 days I am at now. Maybe the max 2500 withdrawl was with their "premium processor". But, I usually bet between 125-500 per game and floated 8500 in deposits over the last 2 months, so 40 days is frustrating. If I don't receive soon (and I mean in days), I may contact my credit card company.

I totally understand your frustration and why you would contact your cc company howver if you do this make sure you have no other money with that book or any in the Jazette family. Moreover, be prepared to be questioned about the couple of grand deposits which I assume you will say are fradulent.

That was just frustration. I would never initiate a charge-back with the CC when push comes to shove. I'm a man. If a few months passed and I'm still un-paid, I'll make a trip down. So frustrating.

Quick update: 40 business days since my payment request; a dozen or 2 live chat inquiries and 20 minutes on the phone today and finally .. i got a tracking number. It hasn't been "scanned", but my shipping information is on the DHL site when i use the tracking number. So, things look promising. When asked how long it takes to be scanned, the SB.com supervisor told me a week. Huh? Whatever. I don't care anymore .. as long as I get my money. 45-50 business days for a withdrawal? Crazy

                                            Payout Issues

Same here, my first couple of withdrawls were so fast I was impressed however my last two payouts have been fustrating. I am currently waiting on a withdrawl since April 3, 2008 that was requested in march. I have been calling them daily only to recieve the same generic answers. They keep telling me to rest assured that they have never missed a payment blahh blahh blahh. I also experienced the same problem with them changing my courier from UPS to DHL last week. Its been approximately 30 business days and I still cant get a tracking number. At anyrate I have pretty much given up on any hope of receving my last two payments. I still have money in my bankroll however i refuse to play anymore.

received tracking number for a withdrawal.

                                              fyi...

i received my tracking number (DHL) from sportsbook.com for a request on May 1st, 2008. It was processed on May 8th, and I just checked online and they put the tracking number up. Tried inputting the tracking number and nothing came up on yet .

I have made 3 withdrawals since february and have received my checks with around 2-3 weeks from request.

superbook.com, however, has delayed a check from march 30th and they keep giving me the 10-20 more business days

Anyone have varying withdrawal times from different Jazette books?

I'm a first time poster, long time reader, and I don't know if it helps but I'm mostly an online poker player and bet a little of my profits on sports (albeit losing most of the time...lol).

Hey guys...just joined to post in this topic. I've been a frequent customer of Sportsbook.com in the last 3 years or so, and in late March and early April I made two cashout requests, and received a check within 1 week both times of the cashout.

Fast forward to May 1st, and I request a cashout of $1700. It gets processed May 8th, and a day or two ago I get a DHL tracking number. One problem, DHL's site shows no action for this tracking number.

Does this mean they have actually sent me a check since it's processed, or they are just trying to delay their time? I've live chatted and phoned them many times, and now when I go to the withdrawal history page it says that it can't be retrieved.

It's definitely my last time with this website, I understand it's a D- website (didn't know that until I just started doing research), but in the past I've had pleasurable business with them. I'm one of their "MVP" customers, so apparently they are screwing all customers.

The tracking number will come up in 48-72 hours. Sit tight.

Most of the time when they send via DHL, I've almost never been able to track my checks via dhl.com until a day before (or AFTER) I have received the check. I wouldn't get your panties in a bunch (yet).

Furthermore, I doubt they would say they have sent it and then not send it. Seems as though a lot of people had their checks processed on or about May 8th. Maybe they finally have gotten around to the batches of withdrawals in their queue.
