No it was not, mine was a World Check in Minnisota. My other check was from canada and that actually went through. I spoke to customer service and they told me that the banks realized that the World Checks were comming from Gambling websites so the banks returned them. They were good checks they said. Now I have to mail a copy of the World Check and a bank statement showing it was returned to an address in Miami Fl, which is where I live and they will report it to Sportsbook.com and then sportsbook will refund my money including the little penalty. Then I am going to withdraw using *** which i just opened up yesterday they invited me. I'll keep u updated.

I initiated a withdrawl request for 1,750usd on april 1st, 08. Apparently Sportsbook.com is playing some sort of April Fools joke on me, because it is now 6 weeks later and I have yet to receive that check. Website says payment in 10-15 business days and tracking number within 3-5 days. I'm now approaching 30 business days. I touch base daily and have been told there are "delays with the processor". When pressed for additional information on backlog or expected turnaround, they can't provide anything. I'm concerned. I have 3 questions: 1) is anyone else currently experiencing payment delays with SB.com (recent), 2) has anyone NOT been paid by SB.com, and 3) what are my options for resolution if the check doesn't come. I understand that I shouldn't have used SB.com in the first place given the SBR ratings, but unfortunately I didn't check ratings before depositing. Shame on me. With that said, what can I do now? BTW, I deposited using a credit card. Any information or assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks.
I feel you on this brother, I hate having to get in touch with them (sportsbook.com)every other day or so and continuously badger them about where my 2 withdraws are. I have received a payment from them once, quite awhile ago, in the form of a check. So, in the very very back of my head, I believe that we will get paid. But, at the same time, I think there is very little reprecussion to them if they decided not to pay us either (other then their name going to $hit and word of mouth ruining them). I was also offered some hope a couple of days ago. Up until Friday, they have been saying they were sending me a debit card, and that was stuck in the "processing" just as you were told. The customer service rep that I was chatting with told me that if I got a *** (Use My Wallet) account, that this nightmare would all be over in about a week. I went to the site she told me to go to, signed up, provided my checking acct info, and then came back to her and gave her this account #. She said they will shoot all of my funds to this acct, then I can have them deposit it into my checking acct (about an additional 3 biz days). The confirmation emails she sent me along with her iron clad gurantees gave me a little better feeling, but we'll see. She also mentioned this for some reason was not available to everyone, so, if you're involved with an online chat or a phone call to them, I would make sure and ask about it. I'll post back if I actually see this money.....

Also
By the way, I've quit playing with sportsbook.com mainly because of this nightmare, but also because I was pissing anything I won away on their blackjack and was getting tired of it. Decided to go with Matchbook (per SBR's ratings) and have had a much much happier first weekend with them then I can ever remember having with sportsbook.com

FWIW, they claim to have a new processor and do not expect anymore checks to bounce. They also quoted me 15-22 business days for delivery.

Here's my question. There has got to be some kind of runner service, where some guy can place my bets for me in LV. This must be illegal since noone is doing it.
Any thoughts

hey have any of you had problems, with them giving you a tracking confirmation of a withdrawal and it never showed up? The tracking number from Canada post said the check was delivered on 9/13 and they sent me the email with tracking number on 9/17. Now the Canada post website said everything was delivered almost 3 weeks ago! Can anyone confirm the same problem pleze.

I can't believe that there are people still using this Sportsbook. They have been having payout issues now for approx. 2 years now. I had about 15k with them that took me 9 mths or more to get my money. Now they will never see me again. They keep coming up with all different excuses. Everyday they come up with something new or otherwise they just keep repeating the same crap over and over even though you pick holes in their story they continue to lie. Please everyone give this Group a BIG MISS.

Hey guys i posted on this issue a while back. I got my money from them through *********** and i figured to be done with them but for some sick reason i took some action on the NFL with them this past weekend, and i hit my games of course. Has anyone had any issues with ***? The 3 withdrawals i got from them once i got a *** account were fairly timely, im just wondering if that is no longer the case. I put my withdrawal in 4 days ago.....just wondering what im looking at as a time frame.

I requested a *** withdrawal on 9/22. I haven't received it yet and when I talk to one of their representatives they say it should take 3-5 weeks. This is getting ridiculous. First my check bounces now this. I signed up for sportsbetting.com but haven't deposited yet. Heard anything good/bad about the site?

Hey they are such liars. I receieved a tracking number on 9/17and constantly check it until now. "It said no information is available on package" when checked on the Canada Post website. I checked it yesterday and it said the package was delivered 9/13. So according to everything, I recieved the package before they even sent the tracking number!!! Goodluck with get your withdrawals. And this is a withdrawal request from 7/21!!!!

My Sportsbook.com Nightmare Is Over!!!!!!
Hallelujiah (sp?) - Exactly 6 weeks ago from today is when I put the request for a withdraw in ($800), bitched and bitched for about 3 weeks. Last Saturday, during some of my bitching, they instructed me to get a *** account and they would deposit it in there. I promptly did just that, gave them my *** acct #, and lo and behold 6 days later (today) it was finally deposited. I had to initiate another transfer from *** to my checking account which takes up to 3 more biz days, and the fee is $30, but the important thing is I can finally say I am done with sportsbook.com HAPPY DAY!GOOD RIDDANCE SB.COM!!!!!!
I've been posting info about my dealings w/ Sportsbook.com and there was a minor development today for anyone who is following along. I requested a check w/drawl on 8/18 for $400. Got confirmation that the check was "processed" on 9/19. Today (10/6) I got a message that my check was sent and included was a tracking number.
I will update again when I actually receive a check and again when it bounces or clears.

Just sharing my experience...
Withdrawal 8/18 for $2500, processed 9/19, tracking number today (10/6). Sucks that I can't do anything with the tracking number since it seems as if SB is down/lagging.

requested check 8/12, processed 9/15, I am still waiting for check. When it was processed I was told it would be here within 10-15 business days. No check yet. I will post once I receive the check and again if the check clears.
Last withdrawal requested shortly after the superbowl did not clear. These are the same funds I tried to get out back in February.

sportsbook.com....a bunch of crooks!!!!!!! sorry for the length!
let me share my story with you....i've been with sportsbook.com since 2002. For all those who are waiting for their withdrawal, I really don't have anything positive to say about their timing but I eventually always received my check and it never bounced. Be lucky that you atleast got to request a withdrawal, in my case I wasn't so lucky. Let me explain....at the start of the NFL season i deposited $200 on 9/6. From that $200, i was very lucky and cashed in on several different parlays and large straight wagers and by the 3rd week of the season my account had grown to bout $35K. I requested 2 withdrawals on the 24th and 25th, 10k each (I'm still waiting for them via ***) leaving about $15k. on the 27th and 28th i had a bad weekend and lost about $3500. I checked my account on sunday night the 29th and it was a little over $11K. When I woke up monday morning the 29th and checked my account, it read ~$2K. I started a live chat to see if there was something wrong with their accounting. they said no everything was correct. I asked how come my account dropped from $11k to $2K. I was freakin' out then while i was in the middle of the live chat my account dropped to $1,000. WTF!!! the live chat lady says i'm currently playing playing blackjack at 400-500/hand and i've been playing all nite! I tell her not possible! I don't play blackjack or in their casino for that matter. i told her to check my history and all you will see are sports wagers...and why would i be playing at the same time and losing money, while i was talking to her. I didn't know how this was possible but it was clear to me that someone else was logged into my account as I was talking to the live chat rep. and gambling with my money. she keeps insisting that i played all night and was still playing. then she suggests i change my username and password if i think someone else is using my account. I then call them and explain to the rep on the phone what has just happened and she says the same thing, "change your username and password." i asked how is it's possible for one account to be in use by 2 different users at the same time? they say the sportsbook and the casino are 2 different interfaces so it is possible. WTF! then she says that all unauthorized use of my account is my responsibility so they can do nothing about by the lost monies! trying not to yell at every service rep they pass me too, i asked if they keep login times, devices and IP addresses for each account. They said they did, so i requested all login info through the 29th of Sept. Well they only supplied me login info through the 6th of September. WTF! I requested the info again and this time specified that i was most concerned with the casino log-in's and i needed this info dating through the 29th of Sept.. i just recently got an email stating "they don't keep keep IP addresses for individual casino logins." WTF!!! they already sent me this info dating up to the 6th! after i get the email, i call in and talk to reps in the casino and ask several different people including supervisors if they keep casino login times, ip addresses and device id#'s? everyone says absolutely...so they can protect agains fraudulent activity. is this an industry standard? Well i talk to a casino supervisor and ask for casino log-in times for my account for the whole month of september. he says no problem. a couple of days later i get the same email saying they don't keep any of that info! I can only believe that sportsbook.com has stolen my money, have lost the monies from my account back into their account! I've been a member since 2002 with no issues until recently when i won about $35K. Any suggestions what I do next? I don't want to piss them off too much because i'm afraid i won't ever see my pending withdrawals, which total about $22k . so like all of you i'm eagerly waiting for my withdrawals but i'm sick to my stomach that my account lost $10K overnight by someone other then me! I'm new to SBR, can they really help me? or should i accept that there is no light at the end of the tunnel....Bigboydan?

Hi There! I just registered here today. I have been with Sportsbook.com since 2003. Never had a problem with them until this summer and now. I put in for a withdrawal of $5500 on 9/22 the regular way. About a week ago on live chat i asked about *** (thanks to this site) and today i received the funds in my *** account. I also have 2 more withdrawals pending of about $3k total. I am trying to drain the account and for some reason since i have given up on this money i win......go figure. this is a good sign but i am not counting any winnings until they clear my account.
I hope this good news means things are improving.

sorry about the repeat. first time commenter..long time reader. I just want to agree that this is an outrage! I used *** feature with success to start, as i got paid for 2-3 months of back requests. Now i have a *** request pending 18 days. It seemed like they finally got their $hit together w/ *** and now they want to delay THAT. It can't take more than 1 minute to transfer money to an acct. via ***. This is the proverbial straw that's breaking the camel's back for me. It frustrates me as this book has everything i want...poker, sportsbook, good bonuses, easy competition and I've been patient but this is where i draw the line. The previous lengthy post about the dude getting jacked out of thousands isn't the first or last story you will hear from this site. I did some research and found dozens of claims of sportsbook.com and playersonly.com stealing from people.

That's ridiculous!!!!! Sportsbook.com needs to be downgraded from "D-" to "F" by SBR and blacklisted!!!!! For those of you still waiting for your withdrawal, i can say there is still hope! hopefully you can find some hope in the fact that one of my withdrawal request via "***" for 9900 requested on 9/22 was sent on 9/24 by sportsbook.com. hit my *** account on 9/30. i requested the funds from UWM to my personal checking account and it finally cleared monday the 6th. total time about 2 weeks. I still have a withdrawal for 9900 that i requested on 9/24 that i'm still waiting for...it shows that money has been sent by sportsbook.com but it has not yet hit my *** account yet. this all sucks!!!! but i gues i'm lucky that i was able to request a payout before they stole all my money!!! good luck to all those still waiting for their money! I got my fingers crossed for you and me!!!
