Matchbook Payments to prepaid debit cards

I have a ************** and Matchbook sent the funds to my ***** account as a refund and as such ******has blocked my account pending verification as they want to see documents of the original transaction of $7764. Has anyone else had that happen to them with the *********?

maybe have it sent back to match. could tell green dot the wife sent a balance transfer to the wrong card, have match send funds to dc connected to checking account.

I think a few guys I know got their money back from MB by either xxxxx or xxxx transfer. Can't remember which, but I know they got they funds back fine.
