Same here, haven't played there in over a year and they have been calling me lately, very strange

I never had a problem with 2betdsi.com. your prob seems mostly due to your user error, not the sportsbook. I get pretty quick payment from them.

                2. When i made this thread it was before they told me they had the wrong info. At the time i made this thread they kept giving me the run-around saying, o well it should be in your account within 24-48 hours, or o well we need to contact the processor to see whats the hold up, check back in a few hours. It wasn't til they noticed on my bank statement that the number didnt match the one they had.
                3. I would edit the title but for some reason i cant edit.
                I edited it for you.

It can be frustrating but unfortunately everything is not under one roof with processing these days. Think of it as the wrong zip code on an important letter you are sending. The mail has to get out there and through the machine before it comes back with the error...even if it's the book that makes the mistake. We can tell you that we don't have any payout complaints from DSI or any books under the CRIS brand.

BM is majority controlling owner of DSI and backs it 100%. As far as any DSI players are concerned, it's a CRIS backed brand as secure as Bookmaker is.

Yes, one of the owers in the DSI brand also is majority owner in Phoenix. Phoenix stated this early on to let players know they aren't new to the business and have high valued assets.
