Long story short, Requested payout on 2/18. Been waiting for it since. Contacted customer service like 5 times since then, finally today they say that i gave them the wrong account number. Anyway they told my to file a new payout request.

Very interesting. I've read about others having troubles with payouts from DSI too. Perhaps it's a coincidence, but I've been getting phone calls from them asking me to deposit at least twice a day for the past few weeks. I haven't played there in years.... Doesn't sound good.

mistake do happen when i request *** payout i did gave them the wrong routine # the cs quickly told me only 9 digits not 10 and want me to double check it and i have request *** two stright week without any problem.

I bet you resquested a check. If you play at DSI aka BOOKMAKER, try to ask for fedex check not regular mail. Shit maybe a **** would be good too.

They called me twice today as well. Cant be good.

I did a ******** payout. And I looked over my info when I gave it to them. The last number on my account was missing. Mistakes happen and im sure they r gonna payout but the fact that it took so long for them to notice is what I was mad about. Also I had to send them my current statement to prove the money hadn't deposited(on top of my id and cc from before). I had to send 4 emails because for some reason they weren't getting through to their servers(sent emails before with no prob). Anyways I requested another Payout should be here soon now that they have the right info.

According to Bookmakers Review DSI in very good standing and is under thr CRIS umbrella.I don't know where the BP/DSI connection comes from but between that and this thread I got a little nervous.No longer the case.

it's a disgrace that you gave them the wrong info and they didnt figure it out before you

they should have contacted you and told you before you enetered the info to double check

File a complaint asap... i had a problem with a prop bet that was +180 as I hit... They counted it a loss... They were not going to do crap about it at all. I filed a complaint with SBR they didn't give me my winnings but claimed they had a bad line and gave my money back.

This wasn't the answer i wanted or liked but i got my money back and now will NEVER put money back in there. Sounds like they might be having issues now.

I still haven't been paid by 5dimes. I sent my bank statement in today and was told to call back tomorrow for the 3rd straight day. I already filed a complaint and Lou said to send them the bank stuff which I did. If they don't fix this tomorrow hopefully SBR will call on my behalf.

Never had a problem with Bookmaker and I think title should be changed. You screwed up the info and basically are just pissed at the bad support. That is understandable but remember this isnt Chase bank. It is a sportsbook in Costa Rica with customer support that operates like everything else south of the US. That is to say SLOOOOOOOOWLY. As long as it gets worked out I think everything else is moot. I am sure you will get paid and I will say that since Pinny left the market, Bookmaker is the best!

1. I'm sure i gave them the right info, because i copy and pasted it straight off my statement.
2. When i made this thread it was before they told me they had the wrong info. At the time i made this thread they kept giving me the run-around saying, o well it should be in your account within 24-48 hours, or o well we need to contact the processor to see whats the hold up, check back in a few hours. It wasn't til they noticed on my bank statement that the number didnt match the one they had.
3. I would edit the title but for some reason i cant edit.

Dont worry you'll get paid when it's all said and done. DSI doesnt stiff. It is fustrating to deal with this crap though. I does sound however they're coming up with excuses in order to slowpay you just a little. Over the last week or two they've starting calling me everyday asking for me to deposit. They haven't done that in a while. Maybe they're a little hard up for cash right now

Im not going to knock dsi, because they did pay me last time I asked to be paid. But IMO its ridiculous the amount of info that books want to pay a person at this point in time, and I dont see it getting any easier in the future.
