#122has anybody noticed now that in the moneybookers summary page it now has loyalty club points info and on the right hand side it says:
"The points balance of your account is updated every 24 hours. "
Anyone else see their points balance incorrect if this is the case?
I got my last newsletter 17th nov 2011
and it said that my points balance was "x amount" as of 31/10/2011
I log in today and the points balance is still the same as it was stated in the newsletter, now i KNOW this is incorrect as I've made alot of transactions between 1st nov and today, so how can they said points balance is updated every 24hrs?Comment -

#127do you think it's better pick the cash reward or are the prizes worth more?
never done this before but can anyone confirm that the cash reward is just 1% of your total points balance?
so for e.g if you want to redeem 50,000 of your loyalty points its a $500 back?Comment -

#130i thought it was 0.01% of your points balance?
300,000 points I thought would get you 3000EUR?
if not, then you're probably better off going for the prizes then?Comment -

not really sure, but when they started that loyalty points program I believe that the amount of cash was mentioned on the rewards page and later they removed it. maybe they changed it, I do not knowComment -

#135yea but now you get 5x more points for the promo, thus the 1% cashback. Normally with 1x points it's 0.002 or 0.2% cashback.Comment -

#136?
I don't understand... I emailed them and they said that even if you have 50,000 points of 150,000 points it will still be 0.002% of every 50,000 points
so basically its 100 EUROs for every 50,000 points...which is pretty crap if you ask me.
IF you had 150,000 points you can earn 300 euros (0.002%)
but looking at the list of things you can claim, you might be better off picking the prizes instead as they might be worth more than 300 euro...what do you guys think?
i thought cash was always the best option but after being told its only 100 euro per 50k points, its not as good as i thoughtComment -

100 euros vs picking from the silver rewards, I think i might pick a reward than choose 100 eurosComment -
