I was invited into the club in July and when I asked them when I'll get any points statement, they replied next week. So far I have not received any email. When I wrote them last month, they sent me an invitation email once again and then apologized for the mistake. At least their cashback promo works fine

If you entered the cashback promo, you're not getting points anyways. It's one or the other. That's probably why you haven't received any emails.

Guys, I do not have the link but I read on another forum that the funds will be credited to our accounts no later than September 30th.

So it might be a while yet, but the cash is coming.....

they really need to add a feature whereby you can check your loyalty points whenever you want and is updated in real-time, VIP members should not have to wait until the end of the month just to find out how many points they have.
