BetJamaica Just Added A Live Chat Feature Today

Just was browsing their site minutes ago and noticed that they added it today. In fact it's so new that I was the 3rd person to use the the new service.




Here is a live chat session I just had with them asking about book-to-book transfers:

Kathy> It was added today, you are our third client

guest> ah, I was gonna say when I was browsing your site yesterday. I didn't noticed you had it, but I did today.

guest> I hope you don't get bombarded with angry people all the time after they lost a bet. Because I know how that can be.

This should be an industry standard in my opinion.

I dont see how you compete without it, because many times im much easier to deal with when i can pull up live chat and tell them they misgraded a wager, moreso than callin and bein put on hold anyways.

The live chat feature was one of the two things that I felt was needed at BetJM.

The other one being to add a few more currencies to their payment solution page. For example, I see that TheGreek offers the follow currencies: US, EURO, CAD, GBP. While BetJamaica only offers/accepts U.S. funds. Now I don't know if they have much demand for possibly adding those currencies at all, but it did stand out to me when I compiled a currency list a few weeks ago.

Are they as bitchy and tiresome over chat as they are over the phone?

They were a little slow on between reply times I felt, however I can't fault them for that at all. Because I was only the third person to use that feature when they first implemented the new feature. I feel they will get faster once their clerks get more accustomed to it.

Its interesting that BetJm does not B2B with the same set of books that Greek does. Aren't they all "Olympic" group? For instance, Greek and Skybook trade, but BetJm does not mention Skybook at all. Any ideas there Dan?

Not a clue as to why that is Mr.Vig. It's something that all the Spiro books should try to improve/expand upon, especially considering the problems with trying to processing it's U.S. customers.
