So I deposit (1) dime there the other day because they specifically told me that the limits on the Aussie Open final was 1,000. So I said ok that's reasonable I was gonna make a deposit there anyway because they are offering a 30% bonus for reups. Anyways the time comes to wager after the deposit was taken and it's telling me on the wagering screen that 500 is the limit. So i contact them and they said someone misspoke about their actual limits on ATP via chat. Now today this happens ............ I do a 7 team parlay and the payout screen comes back 60-1. When it clearly states 75-1 on there website and sportsbookreview. This was my convo below via chat.

I mean this book might pay well and on time, but there shitty limits of a 1,000 on all the main sports is absurd. There lines come out late and their real juicy ............

I don't disagree that it is a very poor payout but the "Parlay Cards" tab on their website does show a 60/1 payout.

That is an incredibly classy move compared to THE GREEK who gave me the wrong ** information. I had to cancel the transaction and wait 5 days for a refund....call ** twice and look like a con man and i could not place a 200 dollar wager that evening which naturally won - but they did nothing about it until I filed a complaint.

Well they did refund my ** fees after I screamed my head off at one of their clueless supervisors, but they never made any attempt to redress the issue until i filed a complaint and went ballistic.
