As you know we recently sent your withdrawal for $XX,XXX to the bank account you registered with us. We have just been advised that the funds were not accepted by your bank and are being returned. We know the instructions were correct and that the funds arrived at your bank but we’re still trying to determine why it rejected and returned them. As soon as we receive confirmation that the funds have been returned to us we will immediately post the cash back to your account.

When the cash is returned we want to handle your new withdrawal request as quickly as possible. Resending the funds to the same account is not recommended until we know why your bank already rejected them. So, if you’d like us to send the money to a different bank account please send us a copy of a voided check now so we can prepare in advance. Alternatively you can use any of the other withdrawal methods available once the money is back in your account. Of course we’ll pick up any fees on your next withdrawal.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay but please understand that it is due to an action by your bank of which we currently have very little knowledge

What was the payout arrangement? Would the book have kept the money if nobody had won? If so, they entered into a bet with the players. In that case, I would ask a math person (like Ganchrow) to calculate the odds of someone winning the contest. If those odds would warrant the book to pay out at, roughly, 8 to 3, then you can show that their crappy argument of a filtered down website error (by Sportsbook.com) is a ridiculous fabrication.
