I agree their CS is nonexhistant and Tony is a first class jerk but they have too many wagering options to quit them and they will allow you to parlay ANYTHING. I play alot of tennis and it means alot to me.

But then again this guy is saying that it's been 14 days and he still hasn't been paid, and no steps are being made to pay him. I'd be upset too, but then again, I wouldn't come on here complaining about it, when nothing will be done.

i have always been paid by five dimes, i had a problem once ,problem resolved that daylater funds were back into my account. I requested a new check on the following moday check sent through immediately. The recent check I got tracking number on monday received check ontuesday. The funds ae cash in my bank account today. Five dimes has always paid me.

I have no problem with OP expecting to get paid on time, and expecting to get straight answers as well as courteous customer service. However, he left out a huge part of the story. Look, people get pissed when there is a delay in receiving there money. Tony can never understand this. He starts making threats. If I make a deposit and it doesnt' go through will tony keep letting me bet? If he asks me where the deposit is can i just tell him i don't know and threaten him? How long can 5dimes keep this attitude before people stop using him. Getting paid is the most important thing, and thats why everyone has put up with this for so long - but now payouts aren't so fast. If I'm going to wait 2 weeks i should go to a slow pay book that will at least give me bonuses for my trouble and have good CS. In the end Tony will be the downfall of his own book.

They said that my bank rejected it for an unknown reason and I'd have to wait over a week for the money to return to my 5 dimes account. And another shitty thing is that you can only request your free monthly withdraw during a three hour window on Monday morning. I gave up on them and switched to Bodog. Not as many good lines, but easy to get a check when I want to cash out.

I truly can not believe five dimes will with hold any money. Provide proof if the check was cancelled it will show in your account in a hour. once, i had a small problem, went to my bank got physical proof, sent a fax . Within minutes money right in money account. After any withdrawl process that day if check get a fedex tracking number next day. It has been processed as cash in my bank the next. Five dimes now is fastest with checks that a sent out of any book.
