I used sportsbook.com a few years ago, and have recently gotten back on with them this football season. In the past, I was able to withdraw funds with no problem, but now, they will not payout unless I send them a copy of my drivers license and a copy of a credit card statement showing my address. I really don't know if it is a good idea for them to have a copy of my drivers license as I am a US citizen... any advice would be appreciated.

I hate having to fax all that crap, but it's a way to verify if you are really who you say you are. I've faxed this info to many of books and nothing BAD has ever happened. If you play at 5dimes or bookmaker and you deposit using ** or money gram you don't have to fax any documents.
