1) When they figured my rebate, they didnt factor in my w/d's (I've had 2 or 3 there), just what I deposited. It's supposed to be based on net losses, not net deposits so I believe they made a mistake, but I wasn't going to complain. I didn't add that to my story as it wasn't relative to the issue, which was how they treated a customer, not which player is a loser and who's not.
2) If someone takes a rebate from one book because they're down, it doesn't necessarily mean they're a "loser". I use Legends for most of my wagering on American sports and I'm up a few G's there this year. I use 5Dimes for European soccer and hockey as they offer these lines, Legends doesn't. I'm not as dialed in to european sports yet and it'll take some time, so I am down a little, not a few thou, at that book for that reason.Comment -

When I joined 5d I got a deposit bonus. When I cleared that, I asked to be switched to the cashback. Well, after a few months of betting baseball I was up a couple hundred $ and realized it's on NET losses not daily bets and I wouldn't qualify, so, I again asked to be switched, this time to to reduced juice. They said ok but NO MORE changing, ever, so I've had reduced juice which worked out great for baseball but doesn't help in football since I get my bets in earlier in the week before it's available.Comment -
