5Dimes just did an awesome thing for me

I always read so many negative threads about 5Dimes and Tony and their CS. So I felt compelled to post this. I can't believe the nice thing they just did for me. I've been a player there for a little over a year, but I just recently became aware of the "cash back rebate" program. So about 3 weeks ago I converted my account for that feature. I read in the terms that the rebate is only on deposits you make after you convert your account, they also advised me of this in chat when they converted it and that's fair enough (Just don't convert if you want to continue to get reduced juice). I've only made one deposit of $100 since that time (3 weeks), which I've since lost. So tonight I chatted them to request the 15% rebate that you can request once every 30 days. I was just going to use the $15 to put together a parlay tonight. So I get Rommel on chat, who is apparently CS manager there. I ask him for the 15% on my $100 deposit. He advises again that it's only for deposits since I enrolled in the rebate program and I advise him I'm aware of that and that's fine. And without saying anymore he takes it upon himself and offers to give me the 15% on EVERY deposit I've EVER made with them, basically making my account retroactive for the program. I was totally blown away!!! So instead of getting a measly $15 to scrape together a parlay, I get a few hundred dollars!!!! The best part is on this reward is NO rollover. He even said I could w/d it right now if I wanted. I've dealt with a number of books in my day and none have ever done anything like that, especially when I didnt even ask. So Rommel and 5Dimes, I appreciate it

I sued to play at 5Dimes some time before but did not have such experience.
Just an everyday bookmaker that what I experienced.
But this action sounds good. Maybe i will return to them if won't hear meantime something weird about them.
Please give us a feedback if you will try to withdraw this money. Just curious.

Some things to keep in mind. To be eligible for this you must not have accepted any bonuses in the past (at least this is what they told me) and if you accept this, then you no longer receive reload/deposit bonuses in the future. It is one or the other. I believe you are still able to access reduced juice lines no matter what option you choose, but don't quote me on that. So, this depends on what kind of player you are, a winner or a loser. Losing players would benefit more from the cash back, winners maybe from the reload bonuses if you add to your account on a regular basis. If you are a winner and withdrawal frequently, neither help you out too much. Personally, I'd like to be in the 3rd category.

The nature of this thread wasnt to validate or encourage taking this "cash back rebate". I was just explaining how my situation came to be. The point here is that a book went above and beyond when they didnt have to or weren't even asked to.

WTF. I am down lifetime gambling but out of ALL OF THE BOOK I play at 5dimes is the book where I seem to have 0 luck. I havent made not one withdrawal yet and Ive been playing with them for over a year now. I know for a fact im down around $1000-1500 at 5dimes. Currently I have the Reduced Juice program. I have never accepted any bonuses either. I hope they do this for me when I talk to them. Go on live chat and they will switch your account from reduced juice to cashback instantly. You won't be able to redeem anything from before the switch but from that point on your good.

Why don't you go on live chat right now and ask them? The chat is open 24 hours a day, and if you are eligible for anything they will give it to you immediately. I would think that since you have never received a bonus from them in the past, that you might have money coming to you, even with the reduced juice you got instead. Go on their now and let us now what they tell you.

This cash back may be requested within two weeks of the first pre-season NFL game & within two weeks of the Superbowl.
