    First Fidelity/BetPOP Idiocy
    Apparently they refuse to answer any questions about their service before you either 1) sign up for an account 2) give them your name/address/phone.

    Great policy. If there was a way to seem like an spammy theft group without actually being one, this is probably the best possible way.

      They aren't fan favorites with their phone marketing but usually give good offers for those willing to listen.

      The requiring an acct ID to answer simple CS Qs is tough but not unheard of. It sure makes doing anonymous research for projects like the SBR Sportsbook Email Response test a bit challenging. =)
