Comments: WSEX replied to Jacob in exactly two hours. Jacob's questions were all answered, although he felt WSEX provided only the minimum required information, making Jacob think that customer service isn't a priority at WSEX.

Comments: Matchbook answered Mr. Ramirez in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Although all of his questions was answered in a clear and efficient manner, the length of the email response left Jacob wanting more. Jacob wondered if the customer service clerk was strapped for time.

Comments: Legends took 3 hours to respond, and although they answered all of Mr. Ramirez's questions, they lost major points on his scorecard when they linked him to their teasers page when he asked for information on pleasers. The lack of understanding and failure to answer Mr. Ramirez question easily left a bad taste in his mouth.

Comments: It would be hard to do a worse job answering Mr. Ramirez's questions than Dimeline Sportsbook did. Under 25 words were used in the response to Mr. Ramirez, of which Dimeline failed to answer all of his questions. The only thing worse than this response was the punctuation used in it.

Comments: BetOnline sent Jacob an auto-response acknowledging his ticket was received immediately after he sent his questions in. Jacob was pleasantly surprised that a human then answered his questions in 18 minutes. He was given all the information he required and then some, and felt satisfied.

Comments: Creditwagering answered Jacob's email query in 3 and a half hours, so naturally Mr. Ramirez was expecting out of this world customer service and superb answers. Well, what Mr. Ramirez got was a one-word answer extravaganza, with mostly one and two-word answers that left Mr. Ramirez feeling as if Creditwagering was too busy to bother speaking with him.

Comments: Mr. Ramirez likes asking sportsbooks questions. So naturally, the more that are asked the more poor answers will occasionally be received. It'd be hard for any sportsbook to do a worse job than Youwager did in their failure to address Mr. Ramirez' concerns, instead prompting him to pick up the telephone and call them to receive his answers. Jacob was left to wonder what the point of email communication was at Youwager.

Comments: Bravo. Intertops answered Mr. Ramirez' email within 30 minutes, and provided complete, and informative answers. Intertops email customer service should be a template for other sportsbooks, or so Mr. Ramirez thought after thinking of all the poor answers he had received when searching for a new football sportsbook.
