Wsex probably is your best option for that IMO. They do seem to have the lowest rake out there from what I can tell.

I thought WSEX is rake free? I don't play there so I don't know. Find a poker room, find a sportsbook, most don't offer both. Party does but USA players can't use it. Poker Stars and Full Tilt offer the best poker action IMO.

Not sure how much books invest in their poker room, as far as their technology, RNG, but I think you'd be better off playing at a place like Poker Stars or Full Tilt Poker.
If you want customer service that answers emails within 30, choose Poker Stars. They're very quick and polite, and have probably the most secure poker software of any of the other big poker rooms.
