I just want to give a kudos to Bookmaker.com I signed up a few days ago and haven't deposited yet because I am waiting on SIA to give me back my money they are holding. I am just impressed that Bookmaker.com took the time to call me as a courtesy to answer any questions I had and let me know they are looking forward to my business. I have never received a courtesy call from SIA in the 10 years I have been with the company and I want to thank SBR for recommending this site because I know I will have a great cs experience with this book for years to come.

Never had problems with the betcris books. I would recommend you signing up got DSI(same CS) instead to bookmaker since DSI offers dimelines on MLB posted at 8am PST. I use both books to see which lines are best to pick from. These books may not have reduced juice but they easily make up for it in Customer Service.

Bookmaker is okay. I used them before, the payout was around a week of wait, which is average. Not bad.

I see that bookmaker and DSI are both owned by the same parent company. Are there any restrictions about having accounts at both books?
