This email is for David,I know he is not in today but I send it now in order for him to have it tomorrow. This is regarding a BIG problem regarding a pick 4 in Calder Race Course. Please refer to ticket:Racing ticket #8514587(my wager)
The ticket was: Jun-24 CRC R1 1.00 USD PK4 1,4,7/1,2/3,4,8/1,2,5
The results of that pick 4 were:
$1 Pick 4 4-1-4-3/5/7/11 (3 correct) 136.90
It shows that there were no winning tickets, therefore it only paid for 3 out of 4....the only problem is that That I DO HAVE all 4 correct, and I would be the only ticket.
The Pool for that pick 4 was Pick 4 Pool: $22,908, therefore that should have been the amount I should receive. Please take care of this issue as soon as possible .

You need to read the rules but most books have a max payout or max odds I hope this case is max payout. The payout is dependent on track some might be 25K others 5K or less. If no one hits the ticket at the track you will not get the whole pool. Sorry but good news is you will get the pool minus the track take out which varies between 15-25% so you should have at least 17K+ coming as long as they do not cap odds or that max is lower. Yeah - I was buying this until I checked history..this guy apparently hit an 8 team parlay on Bookmaker as well and was unsure if he would get paid - and then, lo and behold - Bookmaker sent him the money without an issue..

For the record, the player was paid the full amount of the win. The racebook manager was out when this went down, and the problem was quickly fixed when he came back.

Edit - I am retracting this statement. I was not assigned this dispute, but it is similar to another one I have with a different book.

Well there is now a debate as to whether r not this post is real.

So speaking in general terms, if this play was made at Bookmaker, the bettor WOULD be paid up to a maximum of 15.000 per their own rules. Someone posted Bookmaker's horse rules per batum above.
