I understand a few people feel ripped off. Every sportsbook has issues from time to time. So the check processor is down for a couple weeks and you don't get the money you were supposed to get right away. THIS STUFF HAPPENS! I have pending payouts, and if I don't get my money I will be first in line complaining to. Honestly, though, all the BP complaint threads seems like just a few people making a LOT of noise.

SBR ratings don't just change after a few complaints and a couple weeks of delayed payouts. Like I said in another thread, look at what happened with BODOG. Everyone needs to relax. I think the BP bashing has gotten a little unfair.

Fair points, but each book usually takes a turn being the forum punching bag for one reason or another. Even though we've seen over a few dozen forum complaints, a grand total of 8 slow-pay complaints were filed via the SBR complaint form. Those players all received payment and we've communicated with BetPhoenix on what led to the delays, and how smoothly they expect to be able to service certain methods going forward. They've also agreed with the need to update their website with accurate, up to date payout times.
