My bookie payout rejected because of 50/50 rule...

I have around $30k in my account, I just got rejected $5k payout because of the rule 29, which is 50/50 rule. I need to play $60.000 on full games for payout. My bookie just makes it really difficult to payout once you have certain amount of money in your account....
