Bet2u.com stole 1057.10 EURs from me after completing sports bonus rollover!!!

    Hi all,

Bet2u.com are scumbag crooks!!! I know I shouldn't have deposited there in the first place but I did read some of their reviews on here and some users did say they received their winnings after constantly emailing them so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They should've their right to pay withdrawals stripped from them because they can't be trusted! It should be operated by an independent, trustworthy third-party organisation!!!

I want to inform others here to BEWARE OF THEM!!!

I completed the sports welcome offer (deposit 300 EUR, get 300 EUR bonus) and after I completed the rollover Bet2u.com confiscated 1057.10 EURs from my winnings and returned back to me my 300 EUR deposit. I passed all KYC checks; sent all docs, sent selfie pic and answered their skype call! After the skype call took place it took 1 week to hear back from them regarding my final account status.

They said I broke their terms and conditions below (which is totally bs). I told them they are saying this to me because they don't want to pay me my winnings!!!

I have added my response to each term and condition below:

25.1 All bonus programs are limited to a single individual, home address, telephone number and e-mail address, IP address, one bill of payments (such as by card number or Skrill account), as well as the computer being used (including the institute, Internet club, and other public institutions). Bet2U has the right to refuse the bonus to any User or group of Users. Bonus programs are available only to Users who have made a deposit in real currency to their account in Bet2U.

25.1 - Completely ludicrous excuse from them!! I only have one computer, one IP address. Of course I made a deposit in "real currency" via Skrill.

12.3 Bet2U does not recommend two or more Users to place bets from one IP-address (from the same computer or the same local area network) in order to avoid suspicion of collusion (cheating).

12.3 - Completely ludicrous excuse from them!! There is only ONE USER and that's ME!!! I only have one IP address!!

23.6 Users are forbidden from allowing third parties to access and use their accounts. Should it be found that a user has breached this rule, the User's account shall be permanently closed and a cancellation of all of their bets shall take place.

26.6 - Completely ludicrous excuse from them!! It's just me using my account and there was NEVER any INDICATION on my account (from me or Bet2u.com) that somebody else had used my account to make bets etc.

23.5 Each User can have only one account. Registered Users cannot re-register as a new client with a new name or a new email address. In case of violation of this rule, Bet2U has the right to void all bets made by the User and close all accounts associated with the user without profit payout.

23.5 - This one takes the cake!!! When I registered my account on 26 March 2021 at Bet2u.com all my details went through their systems just fine (name, address, email address). If was re-registering my details/email address (I only have one email address) their systems would've picked this up and blocked me immediately. Why'd they let me join and accept a sports bonus if my user details are already in their systems somewhere?!?!?!?!

Heard the same story about/from them before.

Did you use a work or school network to place bets ever?

That's been the problem with them several times.

Did they give you any info about what they think you did apart from just quoting rules?

No nothing. They allowed me to rollover the sports bonus which they could've prevented me from doing if I was in breach of any rules.
