Matchbook Help!

I opened up a new bank account at a credit union and sent my wire transfer request over and it got rejected. The bank said they probably had bad routing information. I called Matchbook and the people there were no help! Any suggestions?!

get onto your credit union and have them trace where the funds are
if it was bad routing information they should have been returned to the credit union and your account

MatchBook rejected my transfer to them today because they didn't recognize BetAnySports as a 5-Dimes affiliate. Got to wonder what morons are running their accounting dept.

Get more info from your credit union.

By who? Matchbook's bank? Then MB should be able to contact them and get more info.

Also your credit union/bank should be able to communicate with the rejecting bank (at least by email) and/or the intermediary bank that your bank used, and hopefully get some idea what the problem was.

matchbook's Bank wire deposit give players so much hard time.

It will be returned you may be out a service charge but the money will come back, go with their direct deposit method call
