Good luck, last guy that won posted here and he had a ridiculous rollover tied to his win even though the tournament had a cash entry, I’ve never heard one single good thing about BO’s BJ tournaments.

I won a couple of those. Had the same issue finally got with someone and they said it’s under the drop down menu or bonuses and free spins tab in casino. The rollover is a joke to the point where you can’t win and you can only play those automated games. It’s basically a waste of time to even try to win them.

I've won a few of those BJ prizes. The reason you might've missed it is they very quietly stash your win under the "bonuses" subsection on the casino page and it's only up for a few days.

Don't worry, though, you didn't miss anything. BOL's rollover requirement to turn your prize into cash is 50 times the prize amount. So if you "win" $500, that'll be your balance under "bonus," but to actually receive any money you have to get through $25,000 in rollover without going broke.

I've never made it through that mega rollover, but even if you do, my guess is the prize is probably just a fp, not cash.

Oh, cool, I see. Is it possible you were knocked out of the money by the large amount of maneuvering that happens in the last 5 mins of those tournaments and just didn't know about it?

I only ask because BOL doesn't really have a motivation for not handing out BJ prizes since they've built in a rollover requirement that basically prevents any of those prizes from actually being cashed.

I understand you’re unhappy with this experience, but it’s a good book overall.

As for the week delay. I don’t know how much back and forth you’ve had with them, but I’ve found that sometimes these offshore books will cease replying to a specific issue if they have reached their final decision and feel that dither communication serves no good purpose. Hopefully, in your case, it merely indicates thst the issue has been escalated for someone else to look at.

Post to a free image hosting website like IMGBB and then click the Image icon here and paste the URL. I would black out account number and other identifying info.
