Hello, I got problems with reciving my funds from Mybet. I wait 2 weeks now. I withdrawal my money through bank transfer...

I still didnt recive money from mybet. Before one week they told me in email that they will ask their bank to investigate my case.

Mybet just payed me near 1100€. They took 1 day. It could have been sooner if I had sent docs at first.

Do they charge for Moneybookers deposits or withdrawals?

I closed my account there in 2004 because they was charging people a commission when placing a bet in the Sportsbook section and also charging for deposits, which if i remember right they didnt have Moneybookers then.

Moneybookers deposits 1% charge. Withdrawals are free of charge.

Ive never had a problem with mybet, found them to be pretty quick on payouts and good CS.

Limits for myself seem to be around the €600 mark for me at the moment cant say for anyone else though and i have been using them for around the last 6-8 months

Hi,

I've just come across this thread - I've been waiting for a bank transfer from mybet for nearly 2 weeks now for just under 50 euros. Ive emailed them twice and each time I get a reply saying it will be transferred shortly without offering an explanation for the delay. In my account status it has said "data checked" for a while now.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I'll fill in the complaint form linked to earlier in this thread in a second.

Avoid Mybet,their customer service is bad,their payouts are very slow.I had a bad experience with them.I asked for my first withdraw and I sent them a utility bill and my ID to process my payout.I waited 4-5 days and nothing,I contacted them again and I received the message:

"thank you for sending the requested documents. Our payments department could
not verify your scans. Kindly submit us a photo of your ID and credit card
taken by digital camera or mobile phone. Thank you in advance.

After sending them the documents taken with my scanner they wanted documents taken by mobile phone or digital camera and credit card pictures,but I didn't used my credit card to deposit to their ****ing bookie .Also,they didn't informed me about that and I waited for my withdraw as a fool.They told me that after I asked for the payout.I waited 2 weeks for a bank transfer and they paid me only after threatening them.They charged me with 17.5 euro for that payout.Also payouts with Moneybookers are longer than 1 week.
Mybet is a very poor book in my opinion!!

I had another problem with them. This was months ago. I made a bet for a price(dont remember exacly) and they took the bet but to a lower price. I told them this and asked for them to cancel my bet because it was to a better price. They told me they could not cancel it. I told them; but I bet to a better price; this is your fault. . They never cancelled my wager and I need to accept this low price. They dont show me anything of this low price. Just confirmed to a good price and then when I checked it was lot different in price. THEY STEAL MONEY THIS WAY. AVOID

I don't know if Mybet is with some problems or not. In the past they always paid me same day or next day (moneybookers)

What I know is if some bookie is short of liquidity right now, it is normal... if we think that is normal that american bookies have liquidity problems after super bowl why can't we admit that european bookies have the same problem when soccer season ends?
