    Beththeline.ag Potential Scam

Between us, my brother and I have over $17,500 in our Bettheline.ag accounts. I request a payout of $1,000 last Thursday. The funds were deducted from my account and I was told that it would be processed by Monday at the latest. I have yet to receive anything in my Bitcoin wallet. Since Monday, no one has been answering calls, which go directly to voicemail, or any emails. The live chat is also not not working. This morning, the homepage of the site says 'no games offered today' and there is no way to log in anymore. It appears this may have been a scam site and I'm extremely worried that my brother and I are out a significant amount of money. Does anyone have any information or advice on this? I submitted a formal complaint to SBR but I'd really like any feedback in the meantime. It's unbelievable our money is possibly going to be stolen at a point when my entire bankroll as well as my brother's (who i advised to use them in the first place) was in this particular site.

I don’t play there but someone named Kennedy sends me weekly emails trying to get me to join. Is the site even rated at SBR? I can’t find anything and this is the only thread I found.

They have probably just blocked you personally.

Couple of previous threads where other posters complain of not being paid, and suspect it is a new front end to known scam CRsportsbet

I filed a complaint with SBR about a month ago but nothing came of it. Not only do they owe me $4,000 but previous payouts were disputed in a well known money transfer service and there's literally nothing I can do about it. The absolute scum of the scum are those guys.

I get the weekly emails as well from them. I just delete them. Stick with the top books and you will have no issues. If what optional said is true and they are related to crsportsbet stay far away. Complete scam book.

I'll be honest with ya'll I really feel like Crsportsbet and BetTheLine are completely different outfits. Crsportsbet has always paid me and never disputed payouts while BetTheLine has not only not paid me but they've disputed payouts.

They could be. But like I said no reason to play with these places. I like to gamble on games not gamble whether or not I'm going to get paid. Youwager. Heritage. Bookmaker etc. all solid and you don't have to worry about getting stiffed.

Understandable but it's a fact that having multiple books at your disposal is a key to long term success (if that's what you're aiming for). It's also nice to get bonuses when sending money offshore and most of the larger books do not offer enticing bonuses (except for BetOnline that is).

True. But there are enough proven books where you can have multiple outs and not worry about getting paid. I can name at least 20 legit books off the top of my head that will pay. Some of these scam places will pay some people but not pay others. That's how they stay open. Luckily I've never been not paid by book in 20 years of offshore gambling.

Could you PM your list of legit 20 that accept U.S. customers? I'd just like to compare notes and see if I have what you have.

How does this POS Charles (the only one who seems to work at BTL) and others like him get away with this? I know these are off-shore books but there have to be ways to bring these people to justice. So I'm just out $7,000 and my brother is out $10,500, and there's nothing we can do about it? Plus, this is really going to hurt our relationship as I actually advised him to start playing with them because of the bonuses, and I feel extreme guilt now. These people would be felons in the US but since they're off shore no one can do anything about it?

Was dealing with the same guy. Scum of the earth types these dudes are and what makes it even worse is it's right around Christmas time that he did this.

Unless I am missing it, SBR needs to initiate a rating for this book. They may help prevent future people from depositing but won’t do anything for you. File a complaint with SBR and see what happens, can’t hurt.

As I stated in my original post, I did submit a formal complaint this morning. How this site wasn't already blacklisted I don't know. I never would have deposited with them in the first place if I saw that they were.

Prepare for the worst, hope for the best. We’ve all made mistakes, just make sure to learn from them. I play at three books now and do not take bonuses.

I filed a complaint with SBR yesterday morning and have yet to receive any response or even an acknowledgement. I'd really like to know why they didn't list any reports of your issue with them, as well as others I have heard about. There were no flags raised about this scam site, and if there had been it would have stopped me from ever signing up and depositing thousands of dollars. SBR really failed here as far as I can see, and they need to blacklist Bettheline.ag asap. Better late than never.

They are definitely a scam. They owe many people here with no excuses offered for their no-pays.

You are getting paid from money they already stole from the first round of victims.

One bad month and you will be left high and dry too.

But you already knew about all those no-pays didn't you?

So why do you dance like a puppet for them and act like there is any question that they are not thieving scammers?

Show a little personal integrity and ask them why not pay all the other no-pays when they are paying you, instead of going out of your way to post in public trying to trick people that they are not thieves and scammers.

OP, just curious, of all the good books out there, what led you to possibly one of the worst ones? It wasn’t like you were researching sportsbooks on SBR and decided to choose this one because there was zero information about it. I’m guessing somebody, tout friend etc, steered you towards them or you were attracted to the large bonuses? SBR neither promoted nor blacklisted bettheline.ag so blaming them is a moot point. Now if you lost money at betislands, that is a different story.

It was the bonuses basically. I play on a few other books but decided to try this one out. I got a couple of payouts, so I thought they were legit and turned my brother on to them as well. We deposited way more than we should have, but again, I received a few payouts and didn't see anything negative about them so wasn't overly concerned. Assigning some blame to SBR is not a moot point; if they received complaints about this book they should have listed them like they do with others. I have now heard from several people that had similar experiences with BTL and notified SBR, and absolutely nothing was brought to light here. Not to throw a pity party, but I still don't know how I'm going to deal with causing my brother, who has 3 kids, to lose almost his entire bankroll in addition to my own.

Fair enough. Be warned , there are plenty of other scam books out there that are not documented on SBR. And there are plenty of C and D rated books on SBR that should be rated F.
Based on your join date to SBR I was assuming you found SBR because of Bettheline and not vice versa.

their 100% bonus is enticing when you are low on funds. i get it. even crsports bet gives 130% when you deposit with a 12 time rollover. i get emails from alex too all the time.
