I haven't been locked out of my account yet, but I am guessing that I will be soon.

Yesterday I read from a 18bet customer in a German-speaking forum, who lost 9000,00 Euro casino profit.

He tried to pay the money and now 2 sports bets were placed. The bets were lost and the payout was canceled.

The people behind this are doing literally nothing to cover this up.

You would have thought they would changed up the way they are putting these losing bets through.

And this is only the ones that we have seen from people that we have seen that have made posts about this online.

Think of the countless others that have just accepted the loss.

I want to encourage him to also complain to MGA, eventhough it did literally nothing for me.

But I am hoping that after seeing a lot of these complaints, they will eventually take it seriously, instead of just siding with 18Bet.

When you submit the complaint to the Competition authority above, make sure you mention that the MGA did not offer you any form of third party dispute resolution option.

Even if the MCCA brush off the actual issue, they should not brush off the MGA not following recently announced requirements on them.

tonight I have become victim of the same scam!

I have one account each with 1Bet and Babibet.

This night one open withdrawal reuqest has been canceled (1000Euro on 1Bet) and my whole balance on both accounts were gambeld away.


On 1Bet 8 different bets were made (all bets were loosing) and 10 242 Euro were lost (11 Euro remaining balance).

On Babibet 5 different bets were made (all bets were loosing) and 3 185 Euro were lost (46 Euro remaining balance).

So on both Accounts 13 different bets were made (all bets were loosing) and 13 427 Euro were lost (57 Euro remaining balance).


They told me all this bets were made by myself and also my withdrawal were cancelled by my side.

Of course, I didn't play these bets by myself or cancelled the open withdrawal request!


What would you advise me to do now? What is the best way to deal with this? What steps should I take?

I work with this bookies a recent time now and never had problems with them, paid out 21 000 Euro (21x1000Euro) last 365 days (without depositing).

The last 1-2 months were really sucessfull and so my balance were that big, also there maximum amount for withdrawal via CC is only 1000 Euro per month (without additional fees).

ahh ok well I wonder exactly how long usually a withdrawal is cancelled and then the fake bets are made. they prob get an alert on their end when withdrawals are submitted and then I guess they get to moving then. really screwed up situation.
