Hello. I have an account in this bookmaker since January 2019. Payouts came tight, but they came. But since May 16, all my requests for payment are canceled after manual review. In support they say about some kind of verification, but no one even requested documents, as in the other bookmakers. On May 30, I wrote a complaint, but no one answered me.The bookmaker has the highest rating A +, at the pinnacle level, but pinnacle does not allow such delays.Please assist.
