I am new to this forum and am very grateful to have found this place. I have been having major issues with Bovada recently. I currently have two issues, I have filed an official SBR report for both but want to make everything available to the public as a warning/protection for all of you.
I have been a member with Bovada for a long time and have recently gone on a bit of a winning streak. Interestingly enough right as I start to win I start having issues...
Issue #1, my recent withdrawal has been stuck "under review" for almost 4 days. It claims in the cashier that btc withdrawals are processed in minutes and you may request one every 3 days. I have requested one about 4 days ago and am still "under review." When I contact support regarding this all they say is "the time frame we give on the cashier window is just an estimate sometimes it takes longer." I asked them to give me an accurate time frame for a withdrawal review and they said "24-48 hours" which it just seems like they say to everything I ask. Meanwhile I am almost at 96 hours with no payout.
Issue #2, today I did some live betting and many of my wagers were initially graded incorrectly. That's fine, it happens, not a big deal. However when they re-graded the bets correctly they did not credit my account the proper amount. My account is $1,000 short of what it should be. I have attempted numerous times to contact support regarding this. They just keep repeating to me that "the bets have been re-graded correctly." But they have not been re-graded correctly... I tried to ask if I could speak with a supervisor. They stone walled me many times and eventually told me I would have to wait for a callback from a supervisor in "24-48 hours" at which point I filed a report with SBR and now I am posting this.
I am so disappointed in Bovada, they have been a fun site for me with many nice offerings for a long time. The way they have treated me this past week since I started winning has been disgusting and unprofessional to say the least. All I can do is share my experience to try to protect all of you from having something similar happen. Hang in there brother. Have faith in SBR to help correct the issue for you. This is what they do.
