One would think this book would be ripe for a buyout by another big book.

A littlle over the top. Big difference between no pay and slow pay. Cascade still operates today as deposit only Book. Surely WSEX is not in the same category despite their financial problems.

if the only problem is getting checks out, why do all non-us customers keep complaining about extremely slow moneybookers or neteller-payouts then? no check issues there.

i agree - but i believe that all other withdrawls except checks have gotten much better. still no cascade - not close - no paying everyone is a huge difference

Not one reason to use WSEX, i left there 2 months ago, and urge all others to do the same.

I haven't used that book for almost two years. Hopefully, they will do something to solve their financial problem. I expect they will be back to three years ago.

Unfortunately not everyone checks out sites like SBR before sending money to places like Cascade. This allows them to keep stealing and the CR government chooses to let it go on.
