Again everything is all good at this point except my doubles tennis bet lost, keys was in the middle of trying to comeback, and cubs were down in the bottom of the 7th. I then proceeded to play a little black jack and lost so my account was empty but had bets riding. I would stay on the site to read more promos and read the rules then all the sudden I seen I had 1.5ish mbtc and I though I wonder what happened? So I went to my bets to see if keys retired or something and it said the bet was settled. I did not settle the bet. Then more mbtc were in my account about 3.5ish mtc and I noticed all my bets were settled! Remind you that you can't take advantage of the promo if you settle your first bet so I would have no reason to do this! Then all the sudden the mbtc magically disappeared so I immediately opened live chat and said are there any withdraws people and she said yes! I said please stop them I did nit request this and something is going on with my account! Told her someone is settling my bets and trying to get the withdrawal out! She immediately stopped the withdrawal and I proceeded to put 2fa on my account and she said security is investigating this and will get back to me! Then after I put the 2FA on somebody bet the rest of the Mbtc on an itf tennis match! How they were able to do this with 2fA on is besides me! This is the bet they made:

So now I have .3472 mbtc in my account and security emailed me and I messaged back and forth with them explaining everything in detail that just happened in the past couple hours! Explained how I left my old book and was trying a new one and it was a nightmare! Today I got this email back from them :
