Damn. Well, the money is gone. They don't even reply anymore. SBR hasn't actually replied or helped either. It's a pretty helpless feeling, honestly. I'm about ready to just give up as I just don't know what else to do. What a company - take peoples money but don't pay them. Amazing.

Have you tried contacting live chat and not just Jake Slater?

They aren't what I would consider a good book to play with but I've always been paid in a few days with Bitcoin and for decent amounts. Rarely have they given me any trouble other than when I was like $150 short on rollover completed. I've requested my entire balance several times and got paid with little trouble.

What is the issue that you are having? I understand they aren't paying you out but is there any reason why they may be giving you such a hard time? I know they do lots of casino audits if you win a lot in their games. I won like $3,500 one night in baccarat and blackjack and it took them 3 days to review my play but I was paid next day after that happened.

I don't even know. I provide my bank information for a wire, and it just doesn't show up. It got resent back to them the first time, and the second time it was sent (last Monday), I was told to contact Jake if it didn't arrive by Friday. I didn't get it and he just has not replied. All the bank information is correct so I have no idea why I am not getting it. I would contact live chat but would that do anything? This guy is the apparent GM. This has been going on since March 4. My feeling as to why I just won't ever get it now is because he just doesn't even reply at this point. It's been a week now since it was resent, and still nothing. Nothing more I can do I don't think.

Why not use bitcoin? I never understand why people aren't willing to use it. You will run into fewer problems depositing, get better bonuses, get paid quicker and avoid fees and don't need to deal with wires and checks from sketchy places. Did you ask your bank why it was sent back the first time?

Well I actually did at one point, they told me to sign up to a Coinbase account. I did that and then was told Coinbase doesn't operate with Canadian banks. Like this company (Mybookie) is clueless. And as of now nobody replies and the funds are just gone, so who knows.
