round about 1 1/2 year ago I made a sportsbook account by 10bet sportsbook. I deposit 400 € and I claimed the 200 € sportsbook bonus. Then I placed a lot of bets and so I made the bonus turnover. Then I had 6784,29 € on my account and I want to withdrawl 4.000 €. They sent me a mail, that I should verify my account and so I send them all my documents. After I sent my documents, I got a new mail, that I should sent more and more documents. After a lot of mails and a lot of documents 10bet says, that I should sent my ID Card and a Bill to their office in Malta. I made copies and I got stamps for authentication from a city in my country. I send the documents to 10bet and now they sent 400 € to my neteller account, so 6384,29 € fails. They are not willing to pay out the whole sum. Another problem is, in this time I bought a house and so I moved to another address. I cant change it into my account, because 10bet blocked my account early.

Has anybody some tipps to get my money?

He was also forced to send documents by mail to Malta (which BTW is ridiculous). Obviously 10bet paid out when he had involved the European Commission:

After 6.5 weeks I received my money, but my account is closed. After I filed a complaint at the European Commission on Monday, they were suddenly very quick with a solution. I can recommend everybody with a problem to file a complaint at the Online Dispute Resolution (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/m...chooseLanguage) since they act very quick and 10Bet (and maybe bookmakers in general) take it very seriously, which you can see in my case. I emailed and called for 6.5 weeks, and suddenly 2 days after my complaint with the EU it's resolved.

I sent them so much documents and they want more and more. When I had only 800 € on account, I never should sent them this documents. I played by a lot of bookmakers and allways my ID Card, neteller account and bill were enough.

I sent them following:
neteller Account
Driving Licence
Driving Licence holding next to my face
ID Card
ID Card holding next to my face
bank statement
utility bill
ID Card, utility bill with stamp from a city here


And then happen so a bullshit? They are not willing to pay out winners.

There are plenty of F-D category bookies in this industry, they don`t want to pay over 1-2k amounts.
and 99% complaints come from Arbers

But I am not a arber. I payed 5 % taxes by 10bet for every bet and so you cant arb.

Always verify your account before making the first deposit. There are way too many stories like this nowadays. Hopefully you'll get your winnings.

The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is mostly to help you find the correct legal authority or help you sort out how to approach cross border disputes within the EU.

I rarely see them take any active role themselves.

It's a pseudo-licensor. Nobody cares about players' rights in the EU. The only way is to sue but legal costs insurances don't bear the costs of litigations which are related to gambling. Ergo you can only sue when you have enough money and the the amount in dispute is high enough that it's worth it. Ergo no one sues and nothing changes. It's a total failure of national public authorities in Malta and supranational control authorities like the EU.
