They are not garbage but there are a few complaints. There were two in Players Talk recently.

I played with these guys before they were with BM. Don't think they are going anywhere but they are not a A book at the moment. I would agree with you on that. I put my big bets at BM. I once got lucky and did a $50k withdraw. Did not have to lift a finger to get it, no verify or anything else. They are the best. But those lines at 5D and Heritage are the best out there.

I've had 5 payouts the past few weeks. OSGA still has them as Elite. not sure what you're talking about.

"Lots of people not paid"?? Is this from your OGSA site?

I don't think there are any no pay complaints in about DSI.

If you actually do know anyone having trouble, please direct them to the sportsbook complaint form. We can probably help. And after the recent downgrade I am sure SBR want to keep a close eye on the situation.

This guy has some bizarre agenda against DSI obviously.

I've had many max payouts from them in the last 1-2 months with no issues. The only issues I've had with them have been the 20 minutes today where I couldn't log in, and their site not working on certain browsers too well.

Quote from the other poster -

I have been a customer of DSI for 2 years plus, never had a single issue with them. Recently over the summer, they branched off on their own away from Bookmaker.EU. I contacted BookMaker as I noticed the interface on DSI had changed and they assured me I would have no issue and vouched for them going forward.

Within one month, my account with over $23,000 in it was frozen. I called several times a day to find out what was going on and could not get a response. Finally after about an entire month had passed by, I got in contact with the manager Brock at the end of August and he apologized that my issue hadn’t been resolved and assured me he would have it handled in the next few weeks. He said they were “updating their system” as it had recently changed and “doing account verification”. Mind you others I know were doing successful payouts at this same exact time but my account remained on hold.

I patiently waited one month and got in contact with Brock (mind you it took me 10 days and about 10 phone calls to reach him once). He told me that my account issue would be resolved in one week. I called back a week later and he told me that he was sorry but that my account was still frozen and would remain that way until they finish "verifying my account". Another two months had passed since he told me that and Brock will no longer pick up when I call and ask for him. I call at least 2-3 times a day to speak with him and he was always “in a meeting” or “out of the country”. I asked who are his superiors and was told it was two men by the name of “Anthony” and “Brian”. Both also are never available and able to speak to me. All I want is just a simple conversation to get an explanation as to WHY my account issue has not been resolved after 4.5 months. This is an "A" rated book. I have left him over 20 messages to please call me and he refuses to do so.

I filed a complaint with SBR and have been working with Matt Rossi. He got in contact with them and was given the same run around excuse of “account verification”. For several weeks Matt has tried to resolve the issue and we have gotten absolutely nowhere. I have not heard from Matt regarding my payout complaint in 2 weeks despite my emailing him for an update.

I actively bet there. Had a winning thanksgiving weekend. Not worried, just want funds out of DSI (and other books) and into Bitcoin during this spike.

Going to request 5k more tomorrow. I’ll let you know how it goes.

I saw the one poster patting himself on the back about Betislands and implying the sky is falling with DSI. Anyone who thinks these 2 shops are remotely similar is delusional. Betislands screamed of ponzi scheme with all the bonuses/sharps and zero risk management.

Everyone knew DSI would have issues breaking away from the established confines of CRIS and going alone into a PPH office. I have heard they are going to outsource and attempt to develop their own software after all the hassles of this move. Unless BAUS is a schill payouts seem to be handled in a timely fashion right now. As with any book only deposit what you feel comfortable losing as any book could go up.

There is nothing at all similar between DSI and BetIslands lol. Some tatted up guy named Jon Kreta who posted here as SSLP ran that shop for less than a year and ran it into the ground. They offered free half points on basketball and got swarmed by sharps.

DSI has to have around 100,000 customers. I don't love their software. Their site has glitches. But they've been around a long time and are not displaying the signs of a shop that's desperate or going under.

It’s just too strange to have such a large no pay complaint go on for 4 months.

I never saw 1 when BM was running them. They separate and within a couple of weeks they will not honor a $24k payout from a regular customer who they don’t even allege broke any rules?

    I smell some crap.

Lol...yep that is Jon. He was the public mouth piece on the forum to keep things rolling. I have no dog in this fight but I have heard from reliable sources that in the end Jon took cash to soak up all the blame. I mean look at the image you posted, there is no way he had the finances to book anything much less be the owner.

It was a scam from the start that sullied SBR reputation since some of the big balances owed at the end were SBR employees at the time (Justin7).

A lot has changed in 2 weeks, huh? Sir, you need to understand while you try to play the role of a sharp in the know forum moderator, you're not privy to 90% of the things truly going on in the offshore industry. You're an SBR employee. SBR is in business to make money as a #1 priority, not to protect the players.

When I saw news downgraded to d+ I requested bitcoin payout and was like I’m screwed I just thought it was lost money , but nope it was paid out next day so from time from request to time I got bitcoin 18 hours. I’m skeptical posting back up with them but I haven’t had any issues so far. I’ve been with DSI for probably over 8 years and no issues but ya the new interface I don’t like so much
