I have already explained I was told they can only mail it. However I can see you already have your simple mind made up with the assumption that I would forge a document. Again all this and now a felony for a $300 refund.
I'll tell you what as others have said this dispute has gone on long enough. Why will I share a confidential document such as my credit card transactions with strangers that already have their minds made up. If The SBR complaint dept ever gets back to me then they can determine the unbiased truth. There is no reason left to continue to post on a thread where minds are not open and I'm already committing forgeries ahead of time.
Lazer Wager has my phone number if they choose to have upper management call then maybe we can get this resolved.
Providing personal proof to an annonymous group of pre judging individuals is not what I'm going to do.
Again this is the Lazer wager Mb its their home turf and there is no further reason to fight this fight any longer here.
The only losses I suffered was from the small amt of winnings I didn't get. I did get my inital deposit reimbursed from my Bank and with that I am whole.
Bottom line is I get to walk away but rollins and a few others should continue to bet with them.
Good Luck to all of you and thanks for hearing my side. I agree this has taken up way too much time. I pointed out numerous discrepancies between each VP of Lazer wager posting here.
ie Dan "He Wanted to close his acct due to Losses
Evans "He wanted a refund because his AOL software didn't work"

Evans admitted that Jay had lied
One said my acct was suspended immediately and the other said it took a while to find out I did a charge back.

Heres the Bottom line If Lazer Wager had just been professional and returned my initial deposit promptly we would never of had this never ending dispute to begin with. After all it was them who solicited me not me them. They did this because I was a good client at another site Mr Evans ran. So to the simple minded I calculated that one day I would get approached and pull the $300 dollar scam of a life time. Mean while I've been betting bigger bucks with Bodog and its unbelievable- No refund requests, great payouts and no scams or bad words. Seriously Best of Luck to all of you. I won't be back. If my proof meant anything then maybe I would but Rollins statement made me realize I'd be wasting my time.
** Note to Lazer Wager VP Evans**

It would of been nice to take this privately instead of on the web,but my request for upper management to call went unuanswered. Just for the Record my fight is over with you.
No more bashing. I will move on and I hope you do too.
to all the other internet cronies Take your free shots as I will delete this site upon completion of this post and therefore I wont ever get to read them.

It's kind of the BPM Tactic.. stir the pot up enough to boil over into nonsense and then disappear after he finds out he's full of it

        That should read "BMP"

            1. I think Lazerwager's marketing is great. Caught my attention. I don't think they meant anything negative by it. Would be even greater if they donated the $10,000 to the firefighters...

            2. Gary needs to learn about charge backs. BOA did not just give you the $300 back. Their rep may have no clue and say you can't charge back gaming, but you can. You can charge back anything you want. If you put in a dispute, BOA will give you a preliminary credit unless they find it so frivolous that they turn you over to the cops for fraud. Then BOA sends the dispute to Lazerwager's processing company who gives it to Lazerwager. Lazer wager then has to reply (Usually 15 days) with proof that you should have to pay. If LW provides proof, their processor tells BOA here is proof and BOA redebits your account. If LW does not respond, your credit becomes permanent. Thus once you asked BOA for your money back regardless of what the clueless clerk (And BOA has a lot of those) said, the money was taken back from LW.

            3. The player should be blacklisted from all books.

            4. If you think BOA gives a flying ____ about someone's credit card account who is this upset over $300, I've got news for you. Don't beat yourself up waiting for that Proof from BOA - they could care less about you.

            5. I find this marketing great and the fact that LW posts here promising. I will post up in a few days and see how it goes.

Just wanted to say that i got my withdrawal of 1500 from them in 2 days

Thats real quick since i requested a check and most sites take longer than 2 days

Liked the site, but the juice was kinda high on ML's and they dont allow more than 4-1 on two team parlays, i love parlaying dogs so thats the main reason i didnt reup with them

Yeah i went to a crappy site called ezbets(dot)(com).
I deposited 200, lost it; deposited another 200, got that up to 1700; wanted to pull out 1500; then they made me jump through a million hoops, taking almost a month; so yeah im gambler, and that money was down to 100. They finally let me cash out that last 100, so nice of them! haha
Site im talking about is ezbets(dot)(com) Stay away!

This is kind of misleading if someone only skims through your post

It sounded like Lazerwager was giving you problems when in fact it was another book

The word on the street down there in CR ias that this book is severely underfunded.. They always pay their employees late as reported by sportsbook news plus it is run by a handicapper who sells picks also... weird deal

"pokerislife" EVERY post you make is something bad about a book or this handicapper! I checked all of your posts and it seems like a bitter ex-sports book executive- like a guy named Robert Evans...or is it Gar....??
