After 6.5 weeks I received my money, but my account is closed. After I filed a complaint at the European Commission on Monday, they were suddenly very quick with a solution. I can recommend everybody with a problem to file a complaint at the Online Dispute Resolution (
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/m...chooseLanguage) since they act very quick and 10Bet (and maybe bookmakers in general) take it very seriously, which you can see in my case. I emailed and called for 6.5 weeks, and suddenly 2 days after my complaint with the EU it's resolved.
