1Xbet after insane identification withhold my winnings (4600€) !!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I'm new here but I would like to share my problem with you to find any possible HELP cause I saw that many of you have same problems with these guys & also the admins help a lot.

I opened my account in 1Xbet last November (11/11/2016). I made several deposits the first 3 days (3100€ total) and placed some bets. I won a lot of money in live betting on Greece-Bosnia H.(13/11/2016, World Cup Q.) at Red Card shown in the match.
Next day I tried to withdraw some money for the first time. At that time they blocked my account and started asking from me to provide verification documents:
    1. My ID card
    2. Police Statement verifying my Address.
    3. Every screenshot from my personal Neteller account with all the details
    4. Selfie with my ID card
    5. Selfie with me holding my ID card and my Computer signed in my email account showing my incoming emails from them.

After providing all these documents listed above they asked me what is my relation with a person I don't know and I have never heard.

Then a procedure of "claiming" my money in my account started (this procedure was reffered as "claim registration" from them)
The following events happened in the order listed below:
    1. I filled in a questionnaire in my account. (personal information and information about when i opened my account, how I toped up my account etc.)
    2. I sent to them by hard mail in Russia-Moscow all my documents (ID card, Passport, Police Statement for my Adress, Neteller screenshots) as they asked for (I was charged 28€!)
    3. The parcel returned back because they didn't pick it up(!!!), so I sent them by email all the details that courier service gave me and I sent them a set of photos from the returned parcel as they asked for.
    4. They apologised for my inconvenience and I sent the parcel again as I was asked. (I was charged again 28€!!)
    5. I filled again a new form of questions in my account. This time there were some strange questions like who could use my details without my knowledge, if I'm related with Bookmaker's employees or sportspeople and who could influence my decisions to place bets. They also refered to a "bet in question" and when I placed this "bet" and what was the stake. They never informed me about any "bet in question" although I tried to answer to every question.
    6. I also printed and sent by hard mail (3rd time!!!) this form as they asked me for.(I charged 28€ again !!!)

During all this proceedure I made 2 Skype video conferences as they asked me answering in every questions they asked.(depsite they don't have someone to speak my language (Greek) and it's hard for me to communicate live in English)

At the end after the 2nd Skype Video Conference they informed me in my account that I successfully passed the Skype tests and that they will inform me by email about my "claim".
2 weaks past without any information from them so I sent them an email asking about my "claim".
After almost 4 months totally keeping my money (7700€ deposits+winnings) and all this painfull identification proceedure they informed me that I can withdraw the deposited sum only (3100€), withholding any winnings.
They stated that the reason was that all bets in my account were placed by another person and this is against their rules. All this after every possible identification document sent by email and hard mail, 2 different questionnaires and 2 Skype Video Conferences!!!!!!!!

This is totally unacceptable!! They are obviously stealing my money and they refuse to accept that I gambled against them and won using this stupid excuse.

    Please Help !!!

Man. I wish people would use sentences and paragraphs a bit more.

So hard on the eyes trying to read and make sense of a wall of text.

If you would like to fill in a sportsbook complaint form SBR can reach out to 1xbet to justify their action and ask for a better explanation.

You should also click the "File A Complaint" link on this page and appeal to their regulator.

This is just amazing how many people continue being victims of these crooks month after month... I'm sorry for your situation Tsakos and i really hope you'll get your money back, but people definitively should be more careful before registering with a bookmaker... 1XBEt is a big scam, a gang of crooks, that is well known now: they are blacklisted on many forums and everyone who makes just a little research on google will immediately notice that bookmaker is to avoid absolutely... I don't understand how they can continue to have customers, that's mistery for me... Good luck Tsakos, don't give up and continue to fight for your money making them as much bad advertising as you can, but if i were you, i would stop send mails by the post and pay 28 euros every time! That is useless and makes you lose more money. Good luck .

Amazing how people do not use google in 2017.

Obviously 1xbet has to change their name into "fraudbet.com" until people stop registering there.

Realy sorry guys .. As I told you I'm new and it's my first post.

So, I edited the post to be more clear and easy reading!

I have already filled a complaint from SBR (almost same text so maybe I have to send it more clear again(?)), but I made also this post to find further help if it's possible (also from you also from other users with same problem)

I will now follow the link and file a complaint to their regulator and I hope that it will be something.

It's really annoying that they keep my account closed and my money for almost 4 months, I colaborate with their insane demands and I represent my self 2 times(!!) to them with Skype and at the end they withhold all my winnigs with this stupid explanation!!!

Not only they keep your well deserved money, but now they keep copies of your very sensitive personal data.
    Pathetic 1xbet.

Thanks tristan, you are absolute 100% right that i had to be more careful with them. Unfortunately i now saw that is D- here and just before I register to sbr i saw some other posts with same problems.

I sent all the hard mail and I paid 28€ each cause it was on the proceedure to claim my money and if I didn't they would not answer to me in anything.

Don't worry your message/story was quite clear. That is obvious you showed good will and did everything you could to satisfy 1Xbet, but they obviously intend to steal your money as they do with so many customers... I had issues with them in the past too, i remember i had to do Skype video conference too (the first time i was asked for such a thing), and during that video conference, as i bet a lot on basketball, i was asked to explain basketball rules (surely to check i really knew basketball???), so i was there, in front of my cam, saying things like "basketball is a sport you play 5 vs 5...there are 4 quarters of 10 minutes (europe) or 12 minutes (NBA)...". Really ridiculous situation !!! To sum up, i was fortunate they unblocked my account and paid me all my money, but i would recommend everybody to stay away from them. As i told you i was paid, but that was mainly due to the fact i made much "noise" on forum, very bad advertising, and they don't like that at all. If you want your money back with them there are 2 possibilities: either you post a complain on forum, as you did with SBR, and maybe SBR can directly help you (but even for SBR that is hard to help when you face crooks such as 1Xbet), or you make as much noise as you can on many forums, explaining your situation and telling everybody to avoid them. That's what i had done. I remember i had contacted 1xbet by email and explained them that if they were really determined to steal my money ,ok, there was nothing i could do against that, but i had sweared them that i would make them lose much more money by posting by comments on them everyday on forums...And that's what i had done. Finally i was paid. I hope the same for you ;-)

Waouh ! Incredible... How can Skrill make promo for 1xbet when there are so many testimonies against 1xbet?? Maybe people at Skrill aren't informed of 1xbet bad reputation? That might be a good idea to inform them so?

This part is ridiculous, they are playing with you. They just try to discourage you and have no intention of paying you.

    tsakos,
I have the same problem as you
I confirm that 1xbet are scam

I am in, the phase "sending mail to Russia" and my letter does not arrive at destination (reason: the address does not exist)
I recall that 1xbet asks to send identity documents and bank statements to Russia (this is very dangerous!)

So I filed a complaint to Curacao authorities which regulates 1xbet
You can do the same using this link:

Hello ruudy, of course I know that this is no explanation but a huge excuse from them. But I made everything possible and I'm pretty sure that they don't even have evidence about their ''explanation'' , so now I have to do everything to find some justice here even if I know its difficult

Also here I understand that this was their method but the only thing I had to do is to answer every unbelievable question they made and represent myself via Skype and at the end they show that 4 months they are searching for a reason that never exist and finally they decide to steal me!!!

Almost same to me with Skype tristan,
First Skype video call was a little simple (asking account id, when a deposit, how a deposit, what prefer to play etc.)
Second one was as funny as your experience, they ask me about football rules, what is handicap and to give an example and if I have relation with a person that I first time hear his name.
Also their English is not very good and with combination with my self that i cannot easily use english live as I am not used to was a problem. If this was the reason to decide telling me this explanation is totally insane!!!

I think they test me with one result only : to steal my money!!!

Did they answer to you to that email? Because in their last message they told me that from now on they will ingore every email from me and i didn't send them anything i just came help and ask help from SBR

    Hello kikou,
my first mail returned back with the same reason but when i contact with them and complain about that they asked me to provide photos of the returned parcel but i additional send them the letter from the courrier service with full details.
Finally they apologised and asked me to send it again.
The reason that the parcel was returned was that no one from them went to pick it up from the box!!! ( i'm sure about it cause I sent it in the same adress and the 2nd time they received it)

I hope I help you and maybe you can use this info..

The problem is that I sent my mail with tracking and delivery against signature. This means that the postman has to sign it to someone at the indicated address
This is probably a mailbox, there is no company at this address
Moreover, 1xbet gives an address without any company name: it's incredible
We are in the pure scam

I reported these problems to Curacao authorities
I invite all people stolen by 1xbet to do the same
Maybe if so many people report these problems, 1xbet may be worried about its license

Hi Tsakos04, I feel very sorry for your situation. Since I am in basically the same sh** like you with 1xbet, I fully understand how though and nervous this situation is for you.
I would just ask some few things about your case:
-After your withdraw request they blocked your account completely, or did they just block your withdraws?
-Did you in this 4 months communicate with them only by e-mail? And if so, did they ever reply anything else than the automatic replies.
-And just out of curiosity. How much did you bet on red card that you won so much?

I do not want to be a pessimist, but I don’t have good feeling about getting your winning money back. They took decision (which I strongly believe was unfair and illegal) and sadly there is no such thing what will force them to change it. They can play with us and we have no leverage. Thanks god that at least SBR community is trying to do all to help us.

Some of you mentioned about skrill promoting 1xbet. Exactly because of their promo I saw and decide to play on 1xbet. After they blocked my withdraw I wrote and asked them for help. I also mentioned that endorsing 1xbet like a safe bookie is unprofessional and that they should rethink about that. They replied that they cannot interfere on bookies own policies and smoothly ignored my concerns about 1xbet promo. So yes, they surely know about them.

If you are Skrill or Neteller VIP why dont you contact manager and tell him to retrieve at least your deposits, because they block your fund without reason.

Hi Moojoo, do you really think that is a legit and possible option? I am skrill gold vip, but i really never thought about that option. Like I wrote in my topic, I deposited 4570€ so I have more deposit money than winning money on my account. Have someone experience with this?

    Hello,
    - After the 1st withdraw request they completely blocked my account.

    - I communicate with them mostly with e-mail but sometimes when they answer to me with those funny automatic replies I tried my luck to online chat without logging in my account (cause they disabled also the chat to my account) mentioning my account number and push them to give the answer or instructions I wanted.
*** I remember one time I made online chat (when I had problem to set the preferred time for Skype call) and while I correspond with the guy on chat they send me an email and they immediately ask me to make a screenshot of this email and attach it on the chat column!!!

    - I bet about 600euros in odds between 5.00 to 7.00

I would go to the Russia. They have office there You can do them at least lot of damage. Contact with local journalist to have them "story". They can deny some pointless forums, but they cant deny mass-media It assumes you have done nothing wrong-match fixing or other things otherwise you know the risks...
