Good news...i finally had the luck to talk to a useful cs on live chat today (thanks Joliette...cross your fingers you never get "Sylvia").

After finding out that Neteller withdrawals won't be processed at all, and the reason given is that they don't get many deposits via ewallets (ofc Sylvia didn't tell me a damn thing, and still kept saying the time frame is 48h), i asked about b2b transfers.
Joliette told me the usual first, only "First Fidelity", i argued why can't they make an exception to Bookmaker, Greek, MB or any other major book.

And finally i saw light at the end of the tunnel, as she said: "we will check the option of transfering to Bookmaker, can i have your account number please, i will try to email you an update asap".
1 hour ago i saw that my whole balance was transfered to CRIS. Whew....thanks to everyone who replied in this thread.

I used to deposit alot there and be a big supporter but since Richard went out of the country things went to shit. My acct manager took a few wagers on a hand ticket and didnt decide to not enter them until after the games were over and they were winners. I got a bit pissed and emailed Richard and never heard back and wont send money there again until this is fixed. Note to self: If I ever do business with BP again never deal with Charles again.

A hand ticket is when they write your wager down manually because of any of numerous reasons. I called for over an hour and a half trying to deposit and they kept telling me Charles would call me back. When he finally did my action was going off so he took my wagers and I was to make my deposit with the Moneygram name he provided before the kickoff of the Super Bowl later that day. After the games won he called back whining that the tickets were void because I didnt call with the reference number before the games were over. I told him that that made no difference because they always advanced me cash and sometimes for a week at a time so why the rush this time? I also made him admit that if the wagers had lost he would have asked me to still send the funds which I did anyway. So he wanted a win win for the book and never gave me my winnings. Either way he expected to be paid win or lose but it seems I only had action if I lost. Just like BP to pull this shit.

I would have nothing to gain by making up stories, i give bookies credit when they deserve it...BetPhx doesn't, cept for the CRIS b2b in the end and a CS girl named Joliette.
The rest...one of the worst bookies i ever dealt with.

This whole situation is very strange to say the least. Things are going ok at BP until Richard "leaves the country". Then by time he gets back, things have gone to hell. What Mountaineer and others should realize is this. Without assigning blame on anyone, the fact is that players should not have to go through this B.S. to withdraw funds. That is the bottom line.

I'm having problems with Betphoenix too. I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks to receive 2480$, but still nothing. Via live chat every time they tell me nonsense, such as Moneybookers is not permitted, or I have to wait further 7-10 business days and so on. Then they change again and say my withdrawal is already approved and is going to start processing any time soon. But nothing. So I contact them via live chat, and the story begins again. Unfortunately, when a bookmaker acts like this, It means only one thing: FINANCIAL PROBLEMS!

Meh. Sportsbook.com was paying wires and UMWs fairly quickly. It didn't stop people from raising a huge complaint. Same with bodog. The point is not that they're busto or not. But that they're too ****ing incompetent to get your money to you in a timely manner.

You don't seem to understand, for someone not living in the U.S. a check is a huge pain in the butt.
There is foreign exchange fees, and personally i hate going to my bank with a large check from a sportsbook...

My bank charges a fee for a check and puts a one month hold. I'm not sure if I can even order checks to write them from my account.
