I have $1,800 stuck in this nightmare of a book called DimeLine.eu. Their management (Mark) cancelled $1,800 in wagers and said they would only pay me my initial deposit of $200. I have documented emails, live chats, screen shots of my account balance and the bets they cancelled, as well a recorded phone call of Mark threatening me.

Their rebuttal is that I cashed back on BTG via Paypal, when in fact BTG double or triple charged me taking it over my daily deposit max, forcing them to refund one or two of the deposits. Now they are saying my refund was a cashback to trying and steal $1,805.63 from me. I have the entire BTG issue documented as well, proving I didn't cashback.

Never trust your sportsbook, document everything.

I have submitted a complaint to SBR, please help me. If this is not resolved in a timely fashion, I will be contacting the local government, hiring a lawyer in that country and contacting my friend with the FBI.

all those things won't help you in the slightest but just as important, it will cost you more that you are owed.

As for the FBI ... stop and think about it for a sec. Once it hits you, chances are you'll be smacking your forehead with the palm of your hand.

sorry to hear that - can't believe that shit book is still around - it was the worse place i ever played. i was playing there in the first weeks of their existence. and it was a nightmare from day one. they did not screw me worse than a couple other books but i still think they are the worse book i ever played at.

In addition to the above threats, the player insulted Sam on live help and threatened to inflict bodily harm on staff. He has been banned.

As for his sportsbook complaint, the sportsbook is communicating with SBR via email and has stated that the player did a reversal on a transaction.

i agree this place will say anything - and anyone who works there can't be trusted. love to see this place close up - saving a lot of heartbreak for gamblers who find out too late how bad they are.

OK sorry I thought it was the Dimeline chat rep I take back that part. I just hate this book so much I would have rather a book just close up shop than what they did to me. These losers would even call me from time to time telling me I would be paid and ask me why I posted on SBR, like as if they were just toying with me knowing I cant say anything because they have my money. In my eyes worst book and people out there.

At what point do degen gamblers have to start taking ownership of their own shit? Maybe that's a thread in itself.
