The bottom line with all these books is if they need ID to pay you money, then they should require ID BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. This bulls**t that they'll take your money, and cry "fraud" the second you try to take out money is such crap, also very hyprocritical!!!!! If they're worried about fraud, then shouldnt they verify who you are before taking your credit card. All books should just require ID when the account is opened, that way the players and the books wouldnt have to deal with this! Simple as that

I said I was square at the offshore bit . Geeesh, how was I to know . Sometimes there may be more to the picture than the little part you see . Nothing wrong with being CAUTIOUS is there ??... Bet Jamica is the BEST off-shore book. I've been with them for 6 year's. After 2 years of me being loyal to them I've been sent a TRANS-CARD. It's like a debit card, I can make withdraws when-ever I want. Money comes right out of my account. When I frist opened the account, I was asked for all that stuff your talkin about.
