Bet911 defaults on $1000 payment plan & cites new management
Bet911 (SBR rating D+) defaults on $1000 payment plan; cites new management Bet911 tells player that his most recent withdrawal request was canceled due to a software upgrade and future payments will be capped at $500. The sportsbook has paid $5,500 of $10,700 to the player and had promised to send $1000 per week which it is unable to do. Bet911 is a sister sportsbook of PlayWePay.

    Bet911:

After reviewing your profile, your total balance with our company is $10682, out of all this the overall is -$7682 for us. By the behavior of your account we promise to get the funds payout, you have stopped playing with us already and should not worry about loosing the funds with us since we will pay you on a timely matter and the amounts we will handle for your payouts will be $500.

Damn, I don't know if that's more cheap or just pathetic. If you can't cough up a $5,200 remaining balance and then can't even pony up $1,000 a week after the player graciously says that's OK you need to hang it up. How is a book that can't even pay $1,000 a week not a D- or F? Thanks for the updates Dan as always...

I think most of us probably seen this one coming.

      Bet911 (SBR rating D+)
misses scheduled payouts; pays some only $500 of $2500 requested. Other Bet911 players complain of locked accounts and confiscated balances. Bet911 management states that a newly instated risk management team has found these account holders to be taking part in "syndicate wagering." Bet911 and sister sportsbook Bookie247 (SBR rating D+) should be avoided as SBR addresses multiple isssues with management.

        So was this resolved?

Its interesting to note that on 8/26/2007 there was another issue regarding bet911 in a thread entitled "Bet911-multicheating." A bet911 employee, Alex, joined the board as alex bet911 and in his first and only post to date, reversed his decision resulting in $700 in to the player.

However, the dispute in this thread was not addressed.

        Going for another assist!

This was not a complaint I fielded originally back on 6/11/2007. However let me check with Mr.Dozer tomorrow and see what I can find out on this matter.

The thing I do remember though was that one of their sister books (PlayWePay) bailed on a bailout two months before Bet911 entered the SBR ratings guide. Now with that being said, I'm giving you a heads up on what type of book your considering playing at despite the end result of this complaint update your inquiring about. Then again... I'm sure you know the high risk factors surrounding this book.

Now moving on to a few other things I found while searching the SBR archives. You already did make note that the 8/26/07 complaint was resolved already, and that dispute was resolved. I also did notice that an SBR poster did receive a cashiers check March, 2007. Other than that I don't see anything else notable from Bet911 in regards to payouts go NG.

We didn't forget NG. Mr.Dozer is still in the process of trying to find the results in the files, so please hang in there.

Bet911 (SBR rating D) addresses seven month old $1,750 dispute

[iSBRFORUM]Bet911[/iSBRFORUM] management has agreed to pay a player $1,750 originally withheld because the account was one of two that wagered from the same location. The player argued that Bet911 was alerted ahead of time through email that his friend worked with him and was given a referral bonus. The $1,750 is the amount the player won and does not include the bonus which was cancelled. Bet911 states they are under new management and is willing to address all complaints previously submitted to SBR.
